We’re a family of five and everyone—from kids to adults—really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, with restaurants and a supermarket nearby, and it’s very close to the zoo. The whole place feels warm and welcoming, and the staff are super friendly. Even though we only stayed two nights, housekeeping service was still provided (which I’ve found isn’t always the case elsewhere). Overall, we were very happy and would definitely come back next time! P.S. They have a beautiful, calm dog who mostly keeps to himself. I hope next time I’ll get to say hi properly—he’s such a handsome boy!

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, parking is immediately outside my own door so getting anything that I forgot in the car was quick and convenient, and I can listen for anyone trying to break in.

There was some miscommunication in arrival and departure times. I wanted to arrive at 10:00 and leave at 4:00, but they had thought that I meant 23:00 and 16:00. With no outlets near the beds, it was difficult to both charge our phones overnight and use them as alarm clocks. We had to plug them in near the door which meant we'd have to get out of bed to check messages or silence alarms.

The location, price and convenience was perfect Another important thing was that the small refrigerator actually had a freezer section at the top - while the freezer portion was small, it was perfect to re-freeze our ice packs for the next day. So many hotels don't have the freezer part and have no way to get ice packs for the next day, but this one had the freezer part and it worked well!

The woman at the desk was wonderful! We were running late, had dead cell phones that weren't charging properly, and didn't make it there until 40 minutes past closing time, but the woman who checked us in had waited up for us and was super sweet and understanding! The room was unique and clean. We loved the courtyard with the pool and a few toddler climbing toys. Our daughter did get out to enjoy the toys to keep her entertained while one of us packed. We didn't realize there was a playground structure out back until we were pulling away though. We would definitely stay there again!

No complaints, but the sliding lock on the door leading to the courtyard was installed upside down and there was a folded beer bottle cap wedged in to keep the chain from just sliding out of the lock. It would be an easy fix to just turn it right side up. We thought it was amusing, but just not very functional.

I liked the staff. They were great and very helpful. Nicest and most accommodating staff I've ever had the pleasure of meeting at a hotel. I also liked the room. There was a very soft blanket on the beds that I liked. I liked how kid friendly the hotel was. I also liked how parking is in front of your door.

The cleanliness! The room had air conditioning, a mini fridge, TV and a nice deep bathtub. There’s a pool, a park and a BBQ set for the guests. They also have herbs you’re welcome to such as basil, mint and more! It is a very cute, quaint and charming location. It is very family oriented! We loved it and can’t wait to come back!

The motel is just outside the city centre so it's a little cheaper. It won't win any awards, but it's fantastic for the budget traveller. It has everything one needs: clean bathroom, comfy enough bed and spacious room with wifi. Reception can speak English too. I can manage French, but being fluent in both really does go a long way for some.

Nothing really, you get what you pay for. Cheap accomodation outside of the town centre. Some people may not like it, but we did. No complaints here.

It was near the activity we were going and it was quiet, that we really appreciate. The large room was really nice. The little fridge in the room was practical with the family.

The heated pool was not ready and it was a very hot weekend. The owner dog was left playing in the garden with no leash and was not to friendly with kids. When people arrive the dog go to their car door so it is not appropriate. Accident can occurred with young kids and legal procedures also.

Lovely people, kind, helpful, polite, professional. Family friendly setting: pool, BBQ place, playground. Everything is clean, spacious, practical the rooms and the outdoor space as well

Came to Granby for the zoo with my daughter. This motel is in a quiet area which is great after coming from Ottawa! Very relaxing! The pool is amazing! Very clean property and room. Beds are very comfortable! Loved that it does not have carpet!

No hair dryer.
