The customer representatives were awesome. Specially Julie & Marc they were so helpful and friendly they made our check in so beautiful! Please keep them happy at your hotel. Also the girls from breakfast were amazing. The beds were so comfortable and the curtains were all blocking the light which was a plus travelling with a kid . We like the pool a lot but it seems that always was full of bugs on the floor and floating , they should have the pool hours till 9 or 10pm my only big complaint. Really beautiful hotel in a great walking distance 5min to a gas station and restaurants. Parking is included and right in front of the property Granby Zoo is 15min driving from there )

I wish the pool hours were later than 8pm I wish the cleaning stuff put more attention to the cleaning of the rooms like floors were dusty and dirty and the bathtub looks like they forgot to clean it was full of hair all over and I had to clean it when I was in the room. I mentioned this to the cleaning stuff when I left but they were all teens working with headphones on and maybe they are distracted when they do? I just hope the manager supervise the cleaning of the rooms in a meticulous manner from now on. The rest of the room look clean and nice. The tv could it have been more update to access to Netflix speciallly with children travelling. The WiFi password should it be in accessible place in the room , we had to call reception to get it.

Staff was excellent! Breakfast every morning was consistent and good. Great location for our first visit to the area. Charging for EV on property was easy/free although was slow and only for 2 cars. Cannot complain and high speed DC across the street when needed.

Jacuzzi was broken most of the visit and was strange the bar seemed never open?

Breakfast was well stocked and offered a diverse selection of items. Scrambled eggs, hard boiled, multiple banana breads, yogurts, waffles, muffins etc. Fresh fruits as well and a mini bar in the lobby.

The morning coffee left something to be desired, but there is a Starbucks within 500 meters. The hotel feels just a touch dated. We could occasionally hear very slight murmurs of our neighbors talking and the shower head holder wouldn't lock in place and continuously slid to the bottom of the rail. The fitness center was also very sparse. 3 cardio machines and a small rack of free weights in a tight space.

Very centrally located, close to the slopes and close to restaurants and shops. The continental breakfast had a nice variety of breads and pastries, fruit, yogurt and eggs.

They have a very strict policy of no children under 16 in the large jacuzzi. As a family, we had booked the hotel looking forward to using the jacuzzi after a day of skiing. We were very surprised to hear about this policy as we had stayed in the hotel in years past and used the jacuzzi with our son. I would rather prefer there to be guidelines in place for the jacuzzi’s use - no toddler or infant under 2 and 20 minute exposure for other children. I guess they have had past experiences, but still…it was a little disappointing.

The hotel was located close to the highway that we needed. The rooms, lobby, and grounds were lovely.

We did not purchase the breakfast due to feeling it was overpriced for a continental breakfast. We were disappointed that we did not see complimentary coffee anywhere in the lobby at any time during our stay. However, there was a coffee maker in the room.

The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. When the pool is available it must be really nice. The facilities look really nice but we were in the middle of construction work

Despite the major construction work we didn’t have any discount whatsoever. The hotel definitely needs refreshment. (Which they are currently doing)

This place is a real treat on our way to Montreal. Easy access off the highway, and great for hiking/ biking. The staff are fabulous! We arrived tired and Philip checked us in with his generous personality , always greeting us with a smile and chat! Thank you Philip! ...Breakfast was very approriate. Again , the dining staff were very helpful. Thank you Carol! Friendly people and overall accomodations make a stay memorable. We will definately be back!

The hotel is located on west side of Hwy 10, about one kilometer from the exit. There are oullet stores and restaurants located around the hotel. Ample parking and two EV chargers. The hotel is impressive and very quiet. As you enter, it has an appearance of luxury. Bedroom was large with king bed, very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very good with hot items. There is an East Side Mario's (Italian Eatery) across the way, about a minutes walk. There is a pub/restaurant called the McIntosh which is very good. We enjoyed our three day stay and are planning another visit.

The location and parking was very convenient. We were greeted by a lovely employee at the front desk. The hotel was very clean and the outdoor pool well maintained. Indoor jacuzzi is only for adults. Room was comfortable and we slept well. In the morning the breakfast was great with coffee, fruits, yogurts, apple sauce, cereal, breads, egg sandwiches etc available. We will be back!

Location of room, paid for a mountain view suite, room was located in the far corner, mountain view was blocked by trees Bath tub mentioned in booking, room provided shower only (which none the less was still a very nice shower)
