The indoor pool was nice and supervised and facilities around the pool during holidays was a very nice touch with access to games and awesome free gifts. The restaurant was really great, food choices and service all great and made for a great start to the day (brunch). The hot tubs were nice, the view at night overlooking the Bromont ski mountain was amazing! The staff overseeing the booking were very supportive in making last minute changes due to a family emergency and I was really thankful for their great service. I very much recommend this hotel resort.

Hotel quiet, very well maintained

Because my husband has mobility problems, we asked for a room with bathroom assist, did not get it. Hard to seat and get up from toilet, also shower has no handle bars for assist.

We love coming to the Chateau. It's beautiful, clean, friendly staff and it's a bonus to have the shuttle for getting to the mountain and back. Having hot tubs after skiing is amazing. We're so happy they're open again after covid. This was our 4th year coming and we'll keep coming as long as we can. Great facility.

There's not much we don't like. The only thing would be the coffee maker makes the tiniest cup of coffee. And no hot chocolate in the room, but that isn't a make or break item. Otherwise in our book perfect trip.

I didn't like the shower and SPA working hours are super inconvenient Without SPA the hotel on my opinion is too expensive

i had requested an early check which was communicated that may not be possible. when I went to check in 10 minutes to 4pm - the staff had let me know my room may not be ready until after 5pm as it was busy. With two toddlers this is very difficult to keep them waiting around. the girl at the check offered to change my room after I had voiced that this was going to be difficult for us. i was very thankful but it was have been a better feeling checking in without this news especially seeing as I had requested an earlier check in by 1 hour. The staff on the Terrace seemed very busy. Forgot our drinks we waited 30 minutes for drinks and then food.

Facilities and family friendly activities, craft and board games room was a surprise and great for the kids. It was clean and staff were nice, the shuttle to the ski hill is great.

Wish there were more amenities like a kettle and tea. We had to request face clothes twice

the room was very clean, the deco was very nice,The beds were very comfy,We enjoyed the terrace with the hot tubes and the indoor pool,all the staff we encountered were not only very kind and helpful,They spoke English to me when they realised I am an anglophone, I Appreciated this so much.

my only complaint would be the restaurant le 4 canard, in past visits this restaurant was very good ,however I feel this has changed , Very few local ingredients,to many items that that were out sourced and not made in house, for the prices ,i feel that much more effort should be made the service was spot on ,

Overall excellent stay- The location to the hill is 10/10. You could walk but we did not given that there was a shuttle that was very accessible and easy to use to get to and from the hill! The hot tubs on level 1 are. nice touch.

The rooms are not overly sound proof would be my only compliant so if you are a light sleeper this could be an issue.

The property is clean and beautifully decorated. the bed was comfortable. Looking onto the lit up ski hill was wonderful.

Even though there were very few guests in the hotel, we were not moved to a new room when we asked. We were overlooking the pool, and we would’ve liked a window to the outside.
