There are two large outdoor swimming pools that are very cleaned. The free continental breakfast is great. The room was very clean with mini fridge and microwave. The sit out balcony facing the pool was prefect watching the kids swimming. Quite a few of large chain restaurants within 5-10 mins walk.

There was the smell of disinfect products in our room so we need to max out the AC and leave the balcony door opened for a bit to air out the room.

It was very clean and the staff were very friendly and professional. I think there is so much potential for this place and for a stay in Granby, its worth it.. close to everything also

Not much light in the room, but during the day with the curtain open its fine. Not all electric plugs where working. But those are little details

The breakfast was okay; we had better at other stops on our holiday. Liked the pool. The Chinese/Thai restaurant on site was very good.

Not the hotel’s fault but there was a road closure that required a complicated route to access the hotel from the highway. We felt that was something we should have been warned about by the hotel. Fortunately we used GPS to find our way back to the highway in the morning.

The hotel was amazing, the stuff was super friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable for me and my family, the fact that we had breakfast included was very good but the ++++++ is the fact that they allow pets, we were able to stay with our little Maltese and that’s amazing how inclusive this hotel are with families with pets, thanks a lot!

The staff was excellent so nice and polite. The room was very clean and renovated. The pool was a great asset we enjoyed it and my son loved it. All the guests who were at pool with families were super nice and a friendly. The hotel even let us stay at the pool after check out.

The only thing that could be better is the pillows other than that great stay

It is really close to Zoo Granby, ATMs, grocery stores and pharmacies. It is a modest hotel, it offers everything you need for a nice stay. Parking and wi-fi are free, breakfast is included. Towels and bed sheets are fresh every day. The outdoor pool is nice.

I would have loved to have different egg options at breakfast, in addition to boiled eggs.

The things I did like most were the service at the reception desk, the comfortable bed, and breakfast service. The welcome and service we received at 11;15Pm from the front desk was quick and excellent. The cleanliness in our room was good, however the comfortable bed relieved my back pain, therefore I can not hesitate to say we had a very good sleep and enjoyable. When we went for breakfast, we enjoyed the breakfast as it had varieties to satisfy any body's choice, and the attendant lady was very welcoming, cheerful, and helpful indeed.

Bed were really not comfy. Felt like sleeping on a box.

The particular room I stayed was a little bit noisy. Noise was coming from the refrigerator. There is no noise proof against the adjoining room.

Well located in Granby. Has air conditionning in the room. It was very quiet. The breakfast was good. The Chinese restaurant is also a good option for lunch and dinner.

A handheld shower would have been appreciate.
