My friends and I arrived after 7pm, due to detours in the roads around the area. The front desk receptionist was so understanding and she even stayed past her 7pm shift to check us in. She even got on the phone when I passed it to the road crew guy to speak in French to him to let us through as local traffic. (They could not let us pass because road was actually being dug up by a tractor at that time.). But she went above and beyond for us! Now, THAT is customer service🙌

This is such a cozy, homey place to stay. It was clean, played relaxing music, and had a fireplace they let us use even after the staff had left. We had visited ten years ago, and it still has the same charm today!

I wish the restaurant was open on more weekdays in the winter. The food has always been fantastic.

Friendly and welcoming staff, small but impeccable room, generous breakfast with excellent homemade jam, beautiful garden to eat in.

Noisy engine for a water pump? by the pond in the back of the property! The two restaurants were unfortunately closed.

Rural location just across the road from Lac Brome. Distinctive furnishings, excellent restaurants, very friendly and obliging staff. Restored older buildings - our rooms were quite small, but the beds extremely comfortable.

Ideal location surrounded by nature— lake, pond, pool, forest, walking trails, flowers, gazebo, outdoor gym, Mistral restaurant, food boutique. Super friendly and efficient staff. Beautiful peace and quiet.

I loved everything about our stay, and I wish we could've stayed another night. Staff was great, the food was good and the rooms/grounds were very clean and well maintained.

Some of the items on the menu of the restaurant was a bit too pricey but overall it did not ruin our stay whatsoever.

The restaurant, Le Mistral was excellent. We did not eat breakfast here as we chose to go to a local place called Raffield’s. Hiking trails were nice and the nearby town of Knowlton was very good. Beautiful swimming pool. Free coffee in the lobby. Bottled water in the room. Fireplace outside.

No where to put the items from our cooler. We would have liked a mini fridge.

Couldn't control the air conditioner. The shower was very unsafe, nothing to hold on to if you slip. The restaurant dinner menu was disappointing and over priced

Very welcoming and helpful staff. The Restaurant within the Inn was exceptional. Easy driving distance to fun activities...for example Balnea Spa!

For a moment...no TV in our room! But then we decided that this was a positive!

We loved the intimate coziness of this place. The fire place in the dining area, the little store next to the reception area and the breakfast was delicious! The restaurant wasn't open the night we stayed but can imagine how great it would be.

Nothing really bothered us. Perfect
