Breakfast was perfect excellent staff. Very simple , waffle maker could be added as in other place we have stayed.

Poor room service stay five nights room cleaned Monday ,Tueday, Wednesday we were in room first time knocked came back did room ,Thursday no service at all was gone by 8:15 returned 14:30 . At 15:30 went and found cleaning person in charge advised she notified staff . At 17:00 went to front desk to ask for room to be cleaned gentleman on duty bluntly stated you can take towels from pool .I am not sure cleaning staff are still available. Someone came to room replaced towels and took out garbage brought clean glass only when asked floor not swept etc . Person at front desk on Thursday night could improve communication skills re customer service. Friday woman who I asked for room service was very apologetic that I then had to go to front desk .

Good room with basic amenities like fridge, TV, air heating system, balcony on the second floor, hair dryer. Breakfast was OK, where the croissants were the best part of it. Close to the Bromont ski resort. Close to restaurants. Excellent daily room service.

The jacuzzi was always full of people, so we could not use it. Also, not sufficiently hot. The fridge was of the smallest size, and some rooms did not have a freezer area in it. The TV was small as well. The towels were too small. The included breakfast did not have a sufficient variety of teas: only green and black, no herbal.

Price was fine. Small Kitchenette works fine for cooking some meal for the children. The hot tub was so nice. Pool temperature also was fine. Breakfast was good too. Location near many facilities.

Have some hooks for the towels. The shower head should be handheld as it difficult for kids to take a bath. Also might need a bigger garbage bin. Maybe have smart TVs.

Everything was very beautiful and clean I enjoyed my stay except the gentleman in the front who welcomes the people with the glasses he was very rude very unpleasant to see and did not give us a nice welcoming he looked confused and he look angry

The gentleman who welcome the people in the front was very rude look like he was clueless was not happy this is not a nice welcoming for somebody besides that my stay was beautiful

Location close to Golf and restaurants within walking distance, Beds were comfortable. Appreciated the extra like wine glasses , microwave access. It was thoughtful. Flooring in the rooms no disgusting carpets.

Pillows and soap for showers. I suggest to install on shower walls dispensers with liquid soap and shampoos. Suggestion to add chocolate milk in cartons for breakfast.

Room with spa tub was amazing. Bed was really comfortable. Everything was clean--room and hotel. Staff were really nice, accommodating and spoke English! Backyard view was amazing and peaceful.

Breakfast was lackluster. There was a selection of large muffin, some croissants, bagels, little spreads, bread, apples, bananas, and filter coffee. It was only available from 07h00 to 09h30.

The Hotel Bromont offered a good experience - it is nothing fancy but it is well managed, has a decent pool and hottub, good bike storage and a nice family friendly vibe, the staff was very friendly and supportive.

The breakfast could use a minor touch-up: it‘s nice that it is included, there is nothing per se lacking but I would probably throw the styrofoam plates out and add a few options, e.g. espresso machine, more bagel variety - nothing drastic really, just touch ups

Great place for the value, close to ski bromont +- 3 min drive. Rooms were spacious and clean, staff was friendly, jacuzzi was well maintained. Restaurants and supermarkets, gas stations close by.

Breakfast could have a bit more options. Would be nice to see more fruit options and scrambled eggs.

The bed was very comfortable, the fireplace warmed up the room quickly and was cozy. The breakfast was a nice variety, and the view of the ski mountain beautiful from the dining room

The hot tub for one .. was really a bathtub jacuzzi But the water was impossible to keep warm

King room with fireplace was a bit disappointing. It was a bit small for the size of the bed. The so-called-easy chair was almost an antique, buit very low to the ground and would have been very difficult to get up from if I had attempted to sit in it. The hotel policy prohibited food in the room which I think is extremely wrong as it denies a goal of hospitality.
