Almost everything. Very nice place to visit. So clean. The restaurant was very good but slow service. Lots to do on site and enjoy. We will be coming back in the future.

The bed mattress is finished. Very soft in the middle and throughout the night you kept sliding towards the middle because there was no support there. Not pleasant. The was no TV in the bedroom. We always look forward to having a TV in the bedroom to help unwind from the day. We won't be staying in the suites in the future because of this fact. Disappointing.

Peaceful and gorgeous location, nice breakfast spread with many options, great spa facilities! Loved the showers and mint/eucalyptus scent in the steam room. Nice jacuzzis and fire pits with chairs, very relaxing and perfect for a nice getaway!

Lighting in room was a little low, but view from balcony was great (although there was a soft spot in the wood on the balcony, probably just from being an old building?) Maid service wont clean unless you hang sign on the door which we didn't find out until it was too late but was very clean and tidy!

The breakfast was very good although it was on the second floor and they did the best they could with the power outage. Elevators did not work and decafe coffee was not available. Regular coffee was available but only a small pot and ran out frequently. Would not have happened if there had not been a power failure. Located right across from the lake with private access to thu;e lake. Very clean.

Hydro could have been on this morning. Difficult seeing in a dark room. This was no fault of the hotel. The staff adapted as best they could.

We enjoyed our stay. Room had a very nice view of the lake and Mount Bromont. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The hotel has two hot tubs and a sauna, along with a gym. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for renovations when we were there. The hotel is well located. The staff were very hospitable. We definitely would stay again.

There was nowhere to get anything to eat at the hotel or close by.

We liked the hot tub, the sauna, and the steam room. We booked a massage, which was extra, and it was excellent. The breakfast was pastries (high quality, including croissants and chocolate croissants), some fruit, and excellent coffee, It was available in the lobby. The dinner was multicourse gourmet, albeit a short menu. Good service and tasty food. The highlight of the visit was a long conversation with the manager, who was a local and was able to tell us what to see and how to get there. Part of the road was blocked by bridge construction, so his directions were particularly important.

I would have liked a swimming pool.

Beautiful location. Beautiful pool and view of the lake. Lots of private areas with hot tub fire pit. Spa with rocking chairs, sauna etc. A large gym with lots of equipment and large bright windows. Shorefront on the lake with canoes & kayaks just across from the hotel. Sweet patio outside ground level room with 2 chairs and table! Very relaxing! On site restaurant where we had a delicious breakfast. So many beautiful spaces in this lodge.

The only thing I did not like was Leaving!!! Can’t think of anything I did not like.

We arrived early and they upgraded our room. The balcony was a nice refuge from the rain. The hotel is upgrading the backyard for more hot tubs and places to just enjoy the outdoors. The beach was flooded but the lake access is underrated. It is stunning. And the local kayak rental is located on the beach. We could've rented kayaks and paddled into the Quilliam-Durrell Reserve behind the hotel. A place to spot all sorts of birds and wildlike. I'd return in the autumn.

The sauna wasn't on so it was cold when we went to use it.

We liked that the room, hallway, and exterior had recent renovations. Our room was comfortable and staff were friendly. We took a stroll across the street and enjoyed the view from the area down the stairs. A nice spot to gaze at the Lac Brome.

Although we didn't stay at the hotel to use the spa facilities, we did go look at the hot tubs and they were quite foamy, indicating they needed better maintenance. Otherwise we were quite satisfied with everything else during our one night stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed the location. It was close to different points of interest. The lake was beautiful. We especially enjoyed the heated swimming pool and hot tub. Breakfast was delicious too. Ismail was very helpful. The other guests we met were friendly and chatty.

We had consistent problems with our key cards.

We were on a tight schedule and appreciated being assisted after 1am by the security staff person at the front desk. And in the morning, we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast (les croissants étaient incroyables!) which was much appreciated. The checkout process was seamless and quick, allowing us to get to Mont Sutton to ski at 08:30. Merck beaucoup!
