View from room Very clean and comfortable. Short walk to the wharf and beautiful sunset. Staff friendly.

Didn't realize we would be in main building on second floor.(have knee injury)Since it was only one night didn't ask to be changed.Next time I will ask for a ground floor room. No air conditioning but floor fan did the job.

Nice place, nice staff and well located

It was raining when we went, so it would have been nice to have netflix or a chrome cast to watch some movies.

The night receptionist met us cheerily and having obviously read our special requests and was eager to see them addressed; never had such a thorough reception in the past. Even cordially advised that which we already knew that their kitchen was currently closed BUT THIS DID NOT HINDER his efforts to find us a Quebec holiday breakfast at a competitor; INCREDIBLE. Room was spacious, clean and tidy with good water pressure to bathroom. Complimentary cafe but no tea Comfortable bed and room temperature was just right for a solid night sleep. Sound WiFi connection. Good quality linen and towels.

Seat nearest the door maybe needs some repairs to make it as good as the second seat

Location was perfect. Quiet. Clean. Seats available to sit with partner/Friends and watch sunset! Bed and pillows are comfy

The sea view wasn't necessarily what I expected from the room we had. It was mainly parking, street and then the sea, but if you sit on the bench right outside, you are right next to the sea!

the hotel was easy to find. It is a drive in hotel room, so loading or unloading our luggages was easy. Fast checkin, and they are open 24 hrs. The staffs are very friendly too, and answers all the inquiry via chat or call.

Bed was very comfortable. lose to boat / ferry landing. Check out was at a good time.

The patio advertised was only a bench on the narrow sidewalk outside the room. The shower curtain was smelly. Bathroom was extremally small.

Bed was comfy, staff was excellent.

No air conditioning made it quite uncomfortable to sleep. There was a fan but it was quite noisy so I couldn't turn it on. If there was air-conditioning I would have no complaints.

Location was perfect for the Ferry, easy to find.

I liked the location, so close to the ferry. The room was so big and space was well used.

I didn't like that there was no elevator. We had to carry 7 suitcases up a very narrow staircase.

The property was clean, the staff were lovely. I was in need of a rest and I got it!
