Easy to find with parking right outside our King room. The staff were very polite and helpful and were able to communicate with us in English as we do not speak French! Room was super clean, had a lovely comfortable bed and the bathroom was perfect. We asked about doing laundry as we had been driving for quite a few days and they directed us to the immaculately clean laundry with free washing powder and a load only cost $2.00! Breakfast was included and it was adequate for our needs and the lady in charge most helpful! We had dinner in the dining room/ restaurant and it was the best dinner we had eaten in 10 days! The seafood was amazing and the size of the meal very generous for a reasonable price. Highly recommend this hotel plus the restaurant.

Great location view of the ocean, great room, clean and spacious. Included breakfast was full buffet, everything you could possibly want. Ate dinner in the resto bar, good food and drink, and above all the waiter was bilingual, my family and I are bilingual but english at home. This waiter immediately spoke English to us and gave us great service. I have stayed in many hotels from Matane to Rimouski and this is my favorite. I will be back and I will be telling all my friends.

They didn’t have any non-dairy option at breakfast. I am lactose intolerant and vegan, a lot of hotel now of milk alternatives for coffee. Even yogourt alternatives. It would have been a nice touch to have more fruits and non dairy options.

Nice clean comfortable room, bed was super comfy. Bright, nice fridge, had everything we needed. Excellent breakfast included in price. Nice outdoor swimming pool, small treed area to have a walk.

It was noisy because of proximity to docks and railway. Lots of work going on there. So no nice view of the water.

Excellent full hot breakfast served at a convenient early hour beginning of the day to 10:00. Delicious. Staff were friendly and everything was so clean

spacious room with fridge, microwave. convenient to ferry. much, MUCH nicer than Quality Inn in the US—a very pleasant surprise. we would stay again (which we’ve never said about a Quality Inn!) Arturo (front desk clerk) was friendly and helpful. for families, outdoor pool and play space. free breakfast.

Hotel facilities were above average suite R114. Breakfast excellent,full range of cooked items, and open at 6AM Location is at west end of town, quite a distance from the Centre, and further from the bus depot.

Loved everything about this hotel. The food from the restaurant is delicious and the staff superb. The breakfast was very very good and plentiful. Everyone there are super helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Very clean, comfortable beds and pillows, nice sized room. Soundproofing between rooms is excellent. Breakfast was great, especially the muffins! Would definitely stay again.
