Initially booked an Executive King Suite. That room overlooked the roof of the restaurant and the throbbing of their mechanical hardware (A/C, kitchen fan) located on the roof was noisy. I asked to be moved and was put in a Junior suite without any hassle. The room was huge. There was a separate living area with a well provisioned kitchenette. The shower was great! The bed was super comfortable.

A desk light for the living area would be nice. The choices were: all the lights on or all the lights off.

It had a great restaurant. Clean and stylish. Hard floors in room. Lots of outlets and charging ports.

The noisy and transparent bathroom door. Doesn’t provide enough privacy . The slippery floor of the shower. No hooks or shelves in the shower. Bed base corners are a hazard. We bumped and bruised ourselves against them. The plastic corner protectors are installed to protect the bed frame and not the clients.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hôtel Le Navigateur in Rimouski! The room was modern, spacious, and exceptionally clean. The highlight was definitely the stunning waterfront view—absolutely gorgeous and perfect for relaxing.

While the spa is located in a separate building and breakfast wasn’t included, the overall experience was still very pleasant.

The room felt brand new. Clean and spacious. Location is great. Access to many restaurants just by walking around.

Staff wasn’t too happy at 10pm when I just asked for Tylenol at the front door. Looked like I was bothering her from what she was doing in the staff room. They don’t have that type of help for clients. In a city where all drugstores close before 9, this could be a nice addition. There was noise during the night in the hallway. Drunk people coming back from party. The rooms are not soundproofed.

I know the vibe of the room was NYC style but a semi see through door for a 2 queen beds lacks intimacy a little bit!

Fantastic room, airy, bright, large, comfy bed. Way above average standard. Adjacent restaurant Pacini a pleasant surprise. Far exceeded my expectations.

Nothing, it was way better than expected.

The location is excellent being right on the front at Rimouski. Check-in was fast and efficient. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was bright and clean, with a shower that worked well with plenty of hot water.

The room was large but sparse making it a bit inhospitable. There was a large expanse of empty floor where even just a carpet would have made the room feel warmer. The service at the Pacini was agonizing slow, both in the evening and in the morning. There is clearly a management problem.

Comfortable beds. Spacious room. View on the river, but a little spoiled by the parking lot, bank building, and the huge apartment building almost facing the hotel. This area of Rimouski looks like it was the subject of a competition among the worst architects of the planet. So ugly for an exceptional location that should have been protected from this.

Bathroom door : see-through, doesn't cancel noise, and cherry on the case, noisy when opened and closed in the middle of the night. A regular door would have been better may be? Also : no breakfast provided. Fortunately with the help of the coffee machine and the fridge, we were able to do our own in the room. Couldn't set the TV on with remote, and when on, took 5 mns to upload. Weird. AC system showed some weaknesses. Made weird noises and stopped working every 5 mns or so, more like 15 mns. Staff was nice but quite young. I understand this is due to general staff shortage.

Clean, quiet place, great location close to the center and the promenade. Good service, friendly and helpful staff

Proximity to the boardwalk and easy walk to restaurants ..

all fine ..would stay again . Loved the handicapped washroom, because of bad back.!
