Lake view from our room. Nice decks and upper level overlooking the water. Facility clean and looks well-maintained.

No ice maker! Asked about it and was told it was broken and was not being fixed/replaced.

EV charger was broken. 4th-floor door from the rooftop was blocked, so we were forced to go down the ground by the building side with very scary stair. No complimentary bottled water

The free breakfast was fine. The room was quiet and clean. Location is close the everything.

Cost wise, it is pricy compared to other places in the region for what one get in a major city.

The professionnalisme. The breakfast also was really nice. All staff were very polite and i really felt VERY WELCOME.

I only have great comments

The terasse on the roof as well as the multilevel terasse had exceptional view of the lake. The terasse is beautiful. Hotel room also had wonderful view of the lake, clean rooms, and wood flooring. No carpeting!! Room had no cigarette smell. Would come again.

No balcony on 2nd floor in room but the view made up for that. The breakfast was fantastic but as it can be crowded, having two bread/bagel stations would have helped as line would be long at times.

Room was good, good view, quiet; unfortunately the cars park in front of the rooms partially blocked the view.

No swimming pool or Spa. Expensive for what you get.
