The hotel was very comfortable and located conveniently. The management also welcomes bicyclist, which I am one! The main thing I appreciated was how helpful Kim, the Director was. My cycling friend was seriously injured and in the hospital and I needed logistical help. She was both empathetic and went out of her way to find transportation for me and accommodated my need to leave a bike and baggage in a secure place until I could return. I can’t express enough appreciation for her help and understanding.

No complaints

The room was very nice, large and comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly, breakfast was very good. We were travelling on bicycles which were allowed to be brought to our room. We appreciated that, as well as the Welcome Cyclists sign outside the door.

The location wasn't great when on a bike. It is located off a busy road and at the top of a hill. Not a huge problem if you are an experienced rider.

Standard Continental breakfast. Cold hard-boiled eggs, pastries, toast, juice and coffee. Comfortable setting. Pool and heated tub were nice, great place for a family - the pool has a winding slide, lots of room. Bicycler friendly - take your bike into your room. Clean facility. Restaurants are about 1/2 mile away. Convenient location to the bicycle trail and RT 117. Pharmacy, other handy stores are in the town.

Room was clean, staff was very prompt and friendly

The spa did not look so clean, and the mushroom watersplash has not been working ( put down on purpose?). I guess I wish I saw some staff cleaning the pool area sometimes (slide stairs, etc) as you do wonder how often it is cleaned. I also wish they would put the towels for the pool available so you don’t need to ask the front desk lady, she is busy enough. The breakfast was okay but could be improved a bit.

The proximity to the beach

The room smelled like humidity, it was not cleaned during our stay. Not enough towels. The pool is really for kids only, although they found it amusing, i found it a little dangerous, the kids fly out of the slide. The pool is small and not deep, so parents can't even be inside with the kids comforts. It felt like a job, taking care of them instead of time of leasure. Parking was ok, breakfast was ok as well, nothing extraordinary.

I found the breakfast buffet could have had a bit more variety. i.e. waffle maker. Toaster was extremely slow and barely toasted a bagel.

Great hotel for families with young kids. The pool and jacuzzi were a hit, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The location is great for skiers. We were within 20 minutes from a number of ski hills.

The location was great. There was a lot of room to walk the dogs. The room size was good and the bed was comfy.

When travelling with dogs I like rooms on the main floor with patio doors as it is easy to take them in and out for potty breaks.

The breakfast was very basic, perhaps I was very hungry and expecting slightly higher quality, but everyone found something to eat. Coffee was just ok

The hotel location is near the attractions like the beaches and it's very convenient to stores like maxi and dollarama and restaurants,too. Our kids love the pool. Our oldest loves the slides. I wish the jacuzi is available and the water fountain. (Under construction) The room is clean and spacious and have a nice view (luckily we saw 2 deer)
