It was a nice quiet little getaway for Christmas . Staff is wonderful, hotel was nice , we booked a small standard room , next time I will book a king size bed . Room was spacious , clean . We had access to the microwave near the lobby . We loved the pool and jacuzzi area , clean and very relaxing , all around lounge chairs . I found great reading nook . Restaurant on site was good as well . All in all it was a nice little 2 night getaway .

Couldn’t really walk anywhere because it’s by a highway So we drove about 10 min and then walked around . A fireplace in the lobby would be nice 😊

Loved the indoor and outdoor pool with hottub. The room was clean and spacious. Lovely to have breakfast with all clear windows to look outside to nature. The breakfast and the server were very good.

When I booked online it said that breakfast was included. It was only after when I was at the hotel I noticed on my invoice that it was an extra 14.95. I was surprised and disappointed because I told my sisters that breakfast was included.

We absolutely loved our room ( Presidential King Room with Spa Bath) with a nice spa and good coffee. Very professional and friendly receptionists. Dinner in a restaurant is amazing.

Breakfast info was confusing, they said 14.95$ and we thought it was a buffet but actually it's a breakfast cafe downstairs and you can order whatever you like ( the price depends on what you choose obviously) Not a bad thing but I saw a lot of people were confused, not only us.

Honestly, everything was great. My husband took a couple days for a little getaway. The staff was very welcoming , in room spa jacuzzi was perfect and the massage was great. The restaurant Amadeus, had wonderful friendly service and the food was very good and for a very reasonable price . 40$ for 2 appetizers, main, dessert and coffee. I definitely recommend this hotel and restaurant.

Spa centre and pool very nice. Restaurant with nice dinner and breakfast. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms.

Air conditioning unit in room quite noisy. Water pressure in shower a bit intermittent. Unplugging hair dryer after using caused all the lights to go out! Fortunately I realised there was a reset button which resolved the problem - obviously a frequent issue?

Pool, even outdoor was heated perfect for late September. Pool and spas were clean. Comfortable mattresses, bathroom nicely renovated.

The hotel is dated, carpets probably quite old. Air condition was very noisy, luckily not need full time even in hot September days.

Room was really large very clean. Love the jacuzzi in the room so much space. I would say it was best room in my lifetime . Fireplace in my room . Bathroom was beautiful renovated . Wish I could stay there for a week. Nothing to complain about the room. AAA+

Hot tub outside was cold but the one inside was great .

I rented the Presidential suite and liked the room very much. The room was a warm welcome when opening the door to the suite.

I didn't like that there was no elevator. The fridge didn't regulate properly - some of our food got frozen. The fireplace was missing. Our key card didn't work on the second night - I had to go back downstairs to reception to correct the problem and then had to go all the way back up to the third floor.

Spacious room with a very comfortable bed and lovely jacuzzi. Everything we needed in the room. It showed its age a little but overall we were very satisfied.

As I mentioned, the furniture in the room was a bit worse for wear but it was clean, large and well equipped. We were on the third floor, and there was no elevator. Also the restaurant was closed which meant going out for every meal which we didn't expect.

Location was perfect for us, the rooms were tidy and clean, restaurant in hotel had many choices for breakfast and dinner. Staff was so helpful
