Location was excellent! Friendly staff

Could not get the room we booked. Called to say we will arrive early around 9 am but room was not ready We waited for few hours after a very long drive from toronto with 2 kids under 4 and a newborn and room was not cleaned even after it was requested by reception after it was checked out at 11am. We waited till 1pm before getting 2 new rooms with different views. For the price of the rooms wish a meal was included.

You can just relax, it smells good everywhere, the room is big with a fire place. Everything is cozy, inside or outiside

There are so many people in the jaccuzzi it gets nasty with hairs and stuff floating. Someone check the water often, u can see him but chlorine doesn't remove the thing floating... if you go in the morning it's better but in the afternoon, well, you've been warned.

Staff is very accommodating, response quick.

Not suitable for families. The majority of the rooms are suitable for couples. We’ve been to this hotel In the past when they had actual second bed, now so called sofa beds not suitable for sleeping. We tried to move to suite with 2 bedrooms but we were told there is only 3 on the property and all taken. Otherwise nice place for a weekend getaway.

The resort is on a waterfront lot, it is calm and has nice suites. We had the waterfront suite and we’ve enjoyed it. In the ground floor you can get your own jacuzzi!

The staff at the front desk just don’t smile and greet guests as they are supposed too! The cleaning personnel didn’t clean the bathroom properly. The balconies whit the Rusted columns is sooo ashamed since the view is what you pay for on a water front suite…

What a place, Canadian resort. Not worth missing. From a great start, whole stay to room to check out. Hot tubs, lake swimming and easy access to all facilities . Late night dips and slushy cocktails.

Coffee, where is the coffee in the day and why isn’t this on tap or at the bar. Pool bar not open late enough for an outside late night dip.

Beautiful place, very nice rooms

The wet sauna worked only on our first day stay. On a second a third day it was closed. And dry sauna was good in first day only, Olin second day it was set to 80C instead of 100C On thirds day regardless it was told is the spa area opens at 07:00, at 7:30 everything was closed, including jakuzzi area. This was disappointing

I had the pleasure of renting two spacious suites during my stay, and I must say that there were numerous aspects that truly stood out and made my experience quite enjoyable. One of the suites had the remarkable advantage of facing the lake, and I must admit, the view was nothing short of breathtaking. The scenic beauty of the lake and its surroundings was captivating, to say the least. This particular suite became a haven of tranquility where I could easily spend my time, taking in the picturesque vista without ever feeling the least bit bored. It's not every day that you come across a view that can hold your attention for hours on end. In addition to the exceptional views, the swimming pools and Jacuzzis on the premises added a playful and relaxing dimension to my stay. The opportunity to take a dip in the pools and unwind in the Jacuzzis added an extra layer of enjoyment to my overall experience. These facilities were a source of fun and rejuvenation, making my stay all the more pleasant. The staff at the property also played a significant role in enhancing my stay. Their friendliness and helpfulness were truly commendable. Whether it was providing information about the local area, assisting with any inquiries, or catering to specific needs, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcome and well taken care of. Their dedication to guest satisfaction certainly made a positive impact on my overall impression of the stay.

Nothing to be mentioned.

Everything was nice. Staff was very nice and helpful.

I don't have much that i didn't like but i wasn't expecting so many kids running around at this resort. I didn't mind the kids, but they should have separate pools or area for families. Also, they should have more entertainment in the evening.

Facilities were great. The room was really cozy, and the spa part was lovely. Definitely recommended for those trying to get away for a quick weekend.

Some of the staff was a bit rude (definitely not all of them). Unfortunately there seemed to be a work event at the same time that we were there, and for some reason they put the work event right in front of the relaxation room... Not very relaxing to have 50 people look at you relax in a bathrobe.

Lack of seating outside during peak hours. People tend to leave there stuff at a sun lounger all day because there are is nowhere to put your shoes and towel, etc., when going into the large pools or at the beach. Some thermal pools were closed during the stay. One of the pool waterfalls was broken.
