Ground floor patio. (But needs some maintenance. The patio stones are not level. So chairs and table were unstable) Large room. Parking close to room

Beside the highway, very noisy. Beds were not very comfortable. Wifi connection extremely weak. Refrigerator not very cold. Coffee in rooms is awful House cleaning coming into the room when we were out (in the booking it didn’t say that house cleaning would come daily)

Great location not far from the highway, plenty of restaurants nearby. Stayed here for Canadian F1 Grand Prix as to avoid the high Montreal prices for Grand Prix weekend. We commuted 35 minutes to Metro Station Montmorency which had plenty of parking. Free parking outside & super cheap all day parking inside. We took the metro to the track from there. All the staff at hotel were super nice & helpful. We’ll being staying there next year for the race.

We would of liked to have the room cleaned every day but we know hiring staff at this time is hard to do… but that won’t stop us from staying there again.

The size of the room The kitchenette realy practical Clean literie bath room clean with lot of space No noises And nice big windows…easy to open And the personal politeness realy great And on top we like it I will go back any time

The swimming pool need to adjust their quality of clear water…..we couldn’t go in because of it….sad…it is the only think we wish will be fix next time… They need a bar with a little space for a danse floor….no one have that in st-sauveur…great for the business and the client

Liked the size of the room , the beds and kitchenette.

Air conditioner/ heater not working and need more hangers in the closet.there were 3 only. Too much information required from me PRIORto my arrival ex date of birth, car colour etc.

Spacious rooms , comfortable beds, good bath and shower, easy parking.

No breakfast opportunity, few standard electric outlets with no USB plugs. At the end of the main street so a little long walking distance to some of commerce.

The location was far enough from the activities going on downtown, but also close enough to be able to enjoy the area.

The floor of the room was wet. Not sure if it was from the humidity or a/c since we were on the ground floor.

place was nice and clean . Comfy bed and the view of the mountains was nice . We had a little balcony . Not in the center of town but not far by car and lots of parking behind the church or across the street behind shopping

the only problem we had was the air conditioning in the living room was not strong but the bedroom was perfect , we were in room 205.

Location was good. The room spacious.

They charged me twice. Difficult to contact somebody. Sent email with the double charges, no response. Was told the reimbursement would not be until October 17, stayed there September 27. Not happy!

The suite was great, we were travelling with a 2 year old and it was nice to put him down and have a separate area to relax in after. The pool was cold as per other reviews but it was acceptable. The location was nice and close to the hill with many restaurants on the same street.

Nothing really that I didn’t like. The hotel is starting to become a little dated but I was not expecting a 5 star resort so it really wasn’t an issue.

We did not eat at the hotel but liked the location though it snowed heavily the night we stayed and our view diminished accordingly. Staff was very accommodating.

We called staff upon taking possession of our room because the refrigerator temperature was not adequate so the fridge in room 203 should be looked at. The hot water ran out when taking a bath in the evening when tub was half full, so that was disappointing.
