Beautiful room with functional fireplace. Nice pool, hot tub and sauna.

I had contacted the hotel before hand to see if the room could be decorated for my nieces birthday as we were there to celebrate, unfortunately it wasn't done even though they said they would at no extra charge. Getting an appointment for a massage was a bit difficult and they couldn't offer us one before 1145am and we had a 2hour drive home so we had to pass. All in all a good time though

This was a lovely old inn, had a large bath tub with jets, very comfortable after a day of cycling. It would be a good place to spend a 2nd day, with a heated pool and hot tub outside, There is also a spa which we were not able to take advantage of. It would be worth another trip.

There were no tea bags or anything to use to boil water. Staff did not offer any information re the spa.

Eve and Christine at the front desk were wonderful, very friendly and helpful when we needed something. Always a sweet greeting and smiles morning ,noon or nite. Nice room size and nice to have a lil table and kitchenette, fridge , plates/utensils etc. Comfortable bed. Grocery store and coffee shop about a 3-4 min walk, basically across the street. Every morning would grab coffee and have breakfast in room. Location to town was great, close walk as well , nice not to have to drive to dinner or a stroll. Also a quick drive to Le Petit Train du Nord and other trails for a nice day of hiking. (Alfred-Kelley Nature reserve was a beautiful hike and only about a 10-15min drive to the Prevost parking area) We didn't use the outdoor hot tub, or pool, but there seemed to be lots of others taking advantage of it. Plenty of parking All and all we did enjoy our stay very much..

Will say upon arrival first impression was, " It needs some sprucing up (fresh coat of paint outside as well as inside)". Radiator covers in the hall way were hanging off, and cud use fresh carpeting ( or at least a good steam clean). But room was clean so that's important ...

The room was quite cozy, with a warm bed and all the main amenities one could ask for. What was particularly nice was the pool and the sauna, which were well-maintained and open for many hours (8 AM to 11 PM)

The lighting in the room was a bit lacking, as there was no overhead light over the bed, just smaller lights and some lamps throughout the room. Improving this or just having higher-brightness bulbs in the room would be nice.

room very clean, has coffee machine and microwave, it also offers a fireplace (but I did not get to use it and would cost extra I believe?), rooms seem to have very nice sound proofing, many places were accessible by walking, such as grocery and restaurants.

Room somewhat dark; room would be nice to offer some way of charging phone; TV has no streaming service such as YouTube; swimming pool is acceptable but could be cleaner;

Close location to ski hill Loved the pool being open and hot tub, our family and friends had a great evening

The kitchenette could be slightly better stocked (aka a cutting board, a sharp knife, a bit more counter space). If not, include what equipment is available on the website so guests can be more prepared on what to bring.

This is our 8th stay and you just cannot match the location, staff, size of rooms & kitchenette along with the bonus of two outdoor pool/hot tubs. Furniture and decor a little dated but the value outweighs all.

This was our 2nd visit to this location. Returned for location and value. Took advantage of some in town tourist attractions, and proximity to other stops in Quebec. No issues with location at all, and convenient to restaurants and grocery store right across the road.

The hotel is outdated but the beds and bathroom are comfortable sofa is zero. They are renovating so if you go online you'll see how it will look Of course the prices will be higher Pool area was great
