Amazing hotel, 9.8 out of 10. Me and my partner have had a great stay at the hotel, stayed for a total of 13nights, great customer service, no request was too much and was dealt with immediately. Large rooms, with a nice spacious bathroom and the room was spotless upon arrival. Every day the bed was made, towels and toiletries refreshed, coffee, tea and sugar replenished. Beautiful location, right next to a huge lake, close to Montreal and having a golf course, spa and gym within is a great feature. The only downside was the free wifi speed, due to using my laptop for work, it was difficult to have calls at time, however, I did not choose the paid wifi, so I cannot judge that part. One of the best hotels I have stayed in so far, and I travel globally for work, so you can imagine how many hotels I have slept in. I can highly recommend!

The free wifi, difficult to watch some videos on youtube or facebook and netlfix, and having a call via my work laptop with clients was difficult at times.

Thermal pools/Spa was unique & worth the price of admission. Food at Greg’s Bistro was delicious (Dinner & Breakfast).

Problem with plumbing caused guests to refill water bottles with bottled water provided for drinking water. Wasn’t clear why it was ok to brush teeth with the tap water & it would have been more convenient to have a larger container of water at least on each guest room floor. Not just one in the main lobby. Idk. More could have been done for the inconvenience.

Room quality, spacious, clean and modern. The restaurant was amazing at night. The menu was varied and the food was incredible. As for the breakfast, it was good. The Spa is a must to do. Great, relaxing and plenty of space. They have lockers with a key bracelet so you don't have to bring a card with you. So many thing that was amazing at this little place.

They had a wedding going on, so it was a bit crazy... Didn't get the best welcome or attention as the staff seems all over the place which it's understandable with the circumstances. But later that night, we had great service with the reception or any staffs.

The dinner was very well presented , tasted delicious and our servers were exceptional. Very pleasant and helped us throughout the meal.

Did not have breakfast there and would have appreciated an inclusive price for accommodation, breakfast and dinner. We got a vague understanding that there may have been a price that included dinner but left unaware.

It's a beautiful hotel, with a big room, clean. the bathroom is clean too. Nice to have a SPA and a good restaurant in the same building.

There were some plumbing issues affecting areas other than where we were staying. Staff, while friendly and helpful were clearly not highly trained hospitality professionals.

A wonderful location right on Lac Champlain, and great views from the property. In-house Spa facility and Golf club make it very convenient to stay and relax.

Nothing to dislike. Will choose the same hotel in future too.

The room was beautiful and so modern. The bed was very comfortable and the view was stunning. The staff at check in and check out were so friendly and helpful.

I wish our stay was long because we loved our time there.

The location between the lake and golf course is lovely, and the restaurant is super. The spa looks great, but in two trips we have not been able to take advantage of it.

Spa hours are limited. There really don't seem to be other options for dining, so we have not been tempted to do a longer stay in the area.
