The property was excellent! Very clean and fresh.

We had one bed that was dirty under covers near the feet but when we mentioned this to Magdalene in guest services she came and assessed the bed and took care of us by requesting a discount😃 This was much appreciated! Especially since the discount was very generous! We felt so appreciated and that our stay was so important to you. We respect the excellent hospitality thanks to your experienced staff 😊 We will definitely stay with you again and recommend our friends and family because of the positive experience we had. Really impressed. Sheets are made of cotton. So many competitors in this price range have the horrible, staticky microfibre ones. Real coffee and water cups in the rooms, not the cardboard and plastic ones that make the coffee taste funny. Real cutlery in the breakfast room with real plants as decorations. Real food. Fluffy scrambled eggs with grated cheese or salsa, bacon, cubed potatoes, a waffle maker with whipping cream and frozen berry mix. The typical fake juices. Interesting, high quality teas.

Beds new enough, just a bit too soft for my taste. Like many places, they are struggling to find enough staff. The people they have are good, but there is not enough of them to keep the public areas of the hotel as clean as I suspect they would like them. Note, the rooms were fine, just the hallways needed mopping more often.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Continental breakfast had options. Amenities like the fitness centre and sauna were nice to have

Slightly noisy from the traffic. There also could have been another staff member dedicated to the breakfast area, as staff had to cover the front desk and dining. As a result, had to ask staff to refill the coffee and breakfast items.

Breakfast is just fine - plenty of choice, something for everyone. It's a buffet with ample space and it's well serviced and clean. There really isn't any fault to find with this hotel. It's spaciously laid out and well maintained, with comfortable beds and responsive heating, and there's plenty of parking. Staff are pleasant. Cost is reasonable and good value.

The TV in our room wasn't working. We didn't really care.

Very nice large room with comfortable beds and fridge and microwave. Gym and sauna onsite. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices and friendly staff.

The space in the room for groups. I went with a group of family and they placed us all close to each other which I really appreciated.

my rooms washroom had no power. was only there for less than 12 hours so didn’t want to make a fuss. also did a patch test on the washroom floor and it wasn’t clean
