The old style cabin is nice and romantic but our room was a bit on the small size. Especially the shower was tiny. The rest was all very good. We could see the Aurora right form the property did not have to go anywhere, could stay in the nice heated balcony. Wi Fi is OK and works for what we needed.

The shower in our room was tiny too small even for me a very average guy 5'10" and 165#, definitely not overweight. We had booked the 3 course gourmet dinner one evening and sad to day that it was very disappointing. The soup was so salty my wife could not even finish it. The main course was also too salty and although presented nice the dominant flavor we could taste is salt. The dessert was OK. Honestly we thought we are better of just having dinner in town and driving to the hotel.

The location was amazing, right on the lake! We stayed in the Aurora Sun Cottage and it was very charming and comfortable. The staff were fantastic and super friendly.

Overall the property was fantastic, the only things were that the fireplace wasn’t working and the cleaning of cobwebs/spider webs could have been better. I’m tall so see the ceilings and the corners and I saw them everywhere.

This was the best place we have ever stayed!!! For the same price we paid for a room in other locations on our four-week Alaska/Yukon Territory road trip, we stayed in a gorgeous, log cabin-style suite with two bedrooms, living room, dining area, winter garden, private entrance onto the large house deck overlooking Marsh lake: The Presidential Suite with 92 m2. Every detail is amazing! The property boasts rental bikes, kayak (free), private seating down by the lake, a pool table… Our gourmet chef prepared exquisite meals both evenings (more than worth the reasonable price for three courses. Reserve in advance). Dinner conversations with other guests were stimulating and invigorating. What can I say? Martha Stewart stayed here. We felt like royalty. If you are ever in the neighborhood, do not miss this one – just 52.6 kilometers from Whitehorse.

This cabin blew us away! The views were unreal, the service was unreal, the chef was amazing! Everything about this place exceeded expectations. I was worried about parking for my enclosed 7x16 trailer and they were accommodating and let me park in the big driveway. The private beach access was great after dinner and breakfast so we could walk and enjoy the views. We are happy that stopped here and this will always be a stop when traveling through!

Nothing to dislike.

The host, Carson, and everyone at the Inn were extremely welcoming and made us feel right at home. The rooms are beautiful and cozy, the 3-course dinner was excellent, and they put so much work into all of the extra details that made our stay extra special.

Dinner was wonderful. I didn't think that it would be a group table, however, in the end this was not a problem. We had good conversations about travel. We saw the Northern Lights from our bedroom window! We had a hot tub and fire.

Our shower was very small naming it difficult to pick up soap when you dropped it. The sink was a pedestal outside of the bathroom, so there was no counter for stuff. We would have liked a small fridge.

What a welcome! When I booked the place for just 1 night, I knew I was going to regret it. And I did! The location is wonderful, the place itself is superb. I didn't get to have dinner with them, but I did have breakfast (not included). I think the scrambled eggs were the best I have ever had. Thank you for making this too short stay unforgettable! Highly recommended! (My pictures are not of the best quality to represent the beauty of the room)

We rented the stand alone cabin, but also had dinner and breakfast. The food was excellent, and the cabin was large and comfortable. We also used the hot tub at the lodge, which was a nice add. The staff was very friendly, and we had a nice time chatting to other guests at meals.

Everything! After being on the road for six days, this was a wonderful respite from our vacation. Loved the setting, lake, hiking trail, breakfast (did not have dinner), coffee, hot tub, lovely setting on the deck, comfortable bed and wonderful pillows, scenery, and the staff. Would love to return! Only wish we had more time to enjoy the kayaks and bikes.

Lovely room very cosy . Comfortable bed . Good size bathroom . Lovely food . Staff Knowledgeable of local area and helpful. Adequate facilities included Hot tub , bikes , canoes, fishing gear.
