The location was very convenient

the staff was very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are pretty and the menu has good variety.

The cleaning could be upgraded a lot more. Both inside the rooms and outside, in front of the door to the room, the cleaning was lacking. I addressed this after the first night and the worker was super helpful and nice and made sure it was picked up. Unfortunately for her the level of cleanliness remained low in the following days despite the staff being very kind.

The room and bathroom are beautiful and both the couch and bed are very comfortable. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. We did not get to try the breakfast but definitely coming back.

The shower is constructed in a way that you have to stand in the stream of water while getting the water to the desired temperature. So, you are basically splashed with the cold water before being able to get it warm. Also, the door does not hold all the water in the bathroom, creating a mini flooding in the room. Lastly, the entrance to the apartment could use some maintenance.

Close to airport; clean; comfortable bed

A bit pricey for the accommodations but close to airport (we were stranded--flight cancelled). Restaurant was very expensive compared to others in the area offering a similar menu. There is NO airport shuttle, and the 0.8 mile/3 min. taxi ride was $24--definitely a racket for desperate tourists.

The room, space, staff and services.

The location without transport was a little difficult. There was a lot of walking. The unexpected rain caused the air conditioning to malfunction on my last night.

Good location near the airport and close to Kralendijk. Nicely situated houses/hotel rooms with enough privacy. Nice swimming pool (although 1m max depth) Good and prompt service from the personnel.

Restaurant overpriced and not much variety. Expected more for breakfast for the price asked. When travelling with babies or disabled family be sure to ask for a room on the ground floor. They booked us on the first floor and there are no escalators!

Location was perfect for business travel, close to the airport and Kralendijk. Comfortable bed, nice shower.

No hairdryer in the room. I requested one at the front desk but it was not available.

Nice big pool next to the restaurant. Great view. Breakfast exceeded expectations! Even on a special diet there is enough to choose from. Rooms are clean and the size of the room is also decent. The location close to the airport is a plus for us. Will stay again.

We booked for 3 persons (2 adults and 1 child) and like in every other hotel, the extra bed was not ready at check in and de cleaning lady even removed the bed during our stay. But they acted very quickly after I reported it, so in the end it all worked out well.

Staff were welcoming and kind. However, due to WIFI issues no access to TV, computers, or phone , we couldn't contact the front desk for towels, which was a true inconvenience. The room was spacious and comfortablewith a view of the lake. Overall, pleasant stay.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. I relaxed and enjoyed a lot the swimming pool, and the bed was magnificent

The time was to short. I definitely come back.
