Our stay at Hotel Indigo Cayman was truly memorable! The welcoming and friendly staff made us feel right at home. We loved the water filters available for filling our bottles—a thoughtful touch! Bonny Moon and the beach staff were exceptional, and the pool area was fantastic, with friendly and attentive staff. Dining at Catalina and Pom Pom was a delight; the food was delicious, and the staff was incredibly kind. The gym facilities were well-equipped, and the front office team, along with the concierge, went above and beyond, even assisting with our car rental. It felt like a family atmosphere, and we genuinely didn’t want to leave. Looking forward to coming back in the future!

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The designers created an upscale, coastal, modern feel. We liked the aesthetics so much that we wanted to go home and completely change our decor! The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Everyone at the hotel made sure that you had a great stay. From the bellhops to the front desk to the waiters, everyone ensures that your stay is great. I liked relaxing in the linen robes , a notch up from the typical terry cloth in most hotels. The knob to turn on the shower is not directly under the shower head, which means you never have to wait under cold water until it warms up, a savvy design move! The shower gel and lotion smell amazing. The view of the ocean at the roof top bar , Pom Pom is breathtaking. I love this hotel and highly recommend it!

There’s nothing to complain about. The facilities are excellent! I wish there was a dedicated yoga room, but I really enjoyed the gym! There’s a yoga section there and several people just enjoyed yoga outside!

EVERYTHING! The staff, the service, the room types, the resort itself is absolutely gorgeous. The staff is incredibly supportive and truly cares about making your experience the best it can possibly be. We had NO issues. From welcome to exit, this resort was amazing. Highly recommend coming here. It is brand new and you can’t even tell (in a good way), everyone appears to be extremely experienced and they’re always offering you ideas of places to go, eat, and try and they don’t push excursions on you. Wrisha made my sons whole week enjoyable. Everyone was personable, service is great, everything all around 10/10!

This hotel was absolutely amazing. Everything was top-notch. The decor, layout, facilities, and food were all above average and exceeded our expectations. However, the thing that made this hotel top tier was the customer service! I cannot begin to explain how phenomenal the customer service was at this hotel. From the cold towels and cocktails upon arrival to the friendliness of each person we encountered, to the personalized details of housekeeping. The evening of our arrival, we did not realize the time the hotel stopped serving food, but the manager on duty went to the kitchen to gather us some fruits to hold us over. Great, great service.

There was not much to not like at this location. There was a minor incident at their rooftop lounge Pom Pom, but the hotel manager on duty promptly and adequately resolved it. Also, there are not many areas to lounge if it happens to rain, which it did on one of our days there.

I thought this property excelled in customer service. The staff we encountered were all so accommodating and friendly as well as went above and beyond to make our stay an amazing vacation! We loved the decor of this property and felt that it was more of an upscale hotel. We also loved that his hotel partnered with a beach club for umbrellas and chairs so we never felt that we were without service at the beach.

That the beach was crowded when there were crushes ships in port.

The staff was incredible. I actually felt like it was worth the money. A lot of Islands they could care less about making you feel special. The simplest things. Bringing water to you without asking. Cleaning your sunglasses. Other resorts they go after your wallet. This resort you pay for what you get for and more. I will be going back 100%.

The location of the Hotel was amazing and our room has a wonderful view of the ocean,om top of that the service from front office and all the restaurant was spectacular,special thank to chanze and the filipina lady in front desk who assisted us to our room and also Victor who made our dinner special at pom pom Overall experience was flawless

We loved EVERYTHING about this hotel. The facilities, food and incredible staff team were right up there with the best hotels I have stayed in all over the world. The most friendly, kind and helpful staff team I have ever met.

There is a car park in between the hotel and the beach but it really isn’t a problem. Just makes the walk to the sea a minute or two longer.

The hotel was perfect - but what stood out was the service and food! EVERYONE was so nice and helpful. From the moment we walked in… the staff was attentive-including greeting, helping with reservation excursion details, pool and at the beach. All the food onsite was excellent as well. Generally, we dine off property but we didn’t think anything would be better. Breakfast was supreme!

Best staff on the planet, consistently making sure you are enjoying your stay. Facility is phenomenal! Sure it's new, but the construction and attention to detail is top notch. Great location on 7-mile beach.
