Beautiful beach, like the reef near by to snorkel at. Food and service was excellent. Food at the cafe and lunch on the beach from Coccoloba’s was great.

The service staff is simply outstanding! Its clear everyone that works there cares and is well trained. The pool and beach were great. AVE is a nice restaurant, especially for dinner. The breakfast buffet could be a little better considering this upscale hotel

The premium king rooms on north side dont have a great view, those rooms are tucked around the side.

Great staff; professional and took care of any issue you maybe experiencing. The beach and resort was very well maintained. The resort had good restaurants and facilities.

The pictures of rooms in website as well as description could be better. Ocean view should mean full view and not just partial.

Simply the best staff and service. Can't speak highly enough about how attentive, hard working and caring the entire staff are. (Please never change that, as it's wonderful) I love the layout of the facility particularly how they do the beach chairs and breaking it up with natural trees/garden. Compared to other resorts where you feel packed in, it feels much more intimate. Rooms are very clean, well maintained, and even homey feel (love that shower). Hands down best beach resort experience we have ever done, and this was second visit.

The beach cocktails seem a little lite or cheap for the price. But this is getting very picky. Other than that, I almost don't want too many people to discover this gem, for fear I won't be able to get in next time.

The property was built relatively recently so it’s still in prestien condition. Overalll attentiveness to every detail was impressive

The cleaning crew (which isn’t their fault, they are amazing) sometimes would come turn the beds down at 10pm. Luckily we sometimes had 8pm reservations, but some nights we were at the hotel and my kids wanted to get to bed and the room wasn’t ready and we had to work around the crew, but even still. They were super sweet! This was with us making it a point to confirm times with the front desk with a 6:30/7pm turn down.

the bottom of pool is extremelt scratchy. all of us (6 people) have scrapes from the bottom of pool. Kiddo couldn't do more snorkeling because seawater stung because of the scrapes Also food options very limited. I wish they would have more plant-based options. it's 2025!

The staff was incredible! They greeted you with warm smiles and cheerful voices. They were genuinely happy you were there. The food was excellent. I highly recommend eating dinner at the chef's counter at Avecita. It was unbelievable and so much fun! There was a massive breakfast buffet but we always ordered off the menu. Quick service, excellent quality and attentive staff. We also loved the beach, pool bar and Cocolobra. I loved the spa treatments and the room we were given was one of the nicest we've ever stayed in. It had a huge balcony overlooking the pool and beach. It was breathtaking! Additionally, we learned that most water sports were included in the daily resort fee so we took advantage of the paddle boards, peddle boards, Hobie Cat, snorkeling gear and kayaks.

Nothing. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Just WOW. Everything was simply exceptional about this Resort. It is on a pricey side, however, the facilities, staff, happy hour, amazing beach, good food and a great location made it worth the money and we will come back. The room was large and exceptional.

Everything on this island is expensive. We knew that coming in. Would I do it again? Absolutely Everyone greeted us with a genuine smile and hello. They took care of us like family. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Cleaned twice a day. Well done, Kimpton.

The staff was wonderful, very friendly and attentive everywhere within the property. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The room was spacious and well appointed. We asked for a coffee maker and a microwave and they were immediately brought to our room with coffee pods, etc. While we did have a miscommunication with the spa staff, the manager handled in a very zen manner and the spa facilities were fantastic - worth the stay by themselves! It was an overall great experience.

Most hotels now charge a daily resort fee, but we also received a daily gratuity fee even higher than the resort fee! I think tips should be optional not demanded, but the staff was wonderful. Wifi was in and out; we paid in excess of $10,000 for a 10 night stay and felt we could have been given a room with a better view (maybe side view of ocean), but we didn't ask so we didn't receive. I just felt like a long stay such as ours should have received a little more consideration, but overall the property was great.
