Luxury hotel in a gorgeous location on the seafront. Nice big room with a balcony (all rooms are sea-view). Restaurant (dinner) and breakfast were excellent, with lovely tables on the outdoor terrace at the water's edge.

This complaint is not specific to this hotel - it happened everywhere in Chile. Maybe it is a hangover from Covid regulations, but staff never offered to help with lifting or moving luggage. There were a couple luggage trolleys available, but it was left to us to load our (heavy) cases on and off.

The room was HUGE and the view spectacular. We watched the birds in and on the water every day with much delight. The breakfast is truly excellent with eggs cooked to order, just ask. The bartender makes limonada with freshly squeezed limes and fresh mint and ginger. Amazing.

The weather was quite cool and the doors to the patio were kept open all of the time. Everyone was cold and dressed in jackets and scarves.

The view is beautiful, the restaurant is delicious and the rooms are comfortable.

The gym is not up to the standard of this hotel. The gym is located in a dark basement and only has three machines.

Nice view. Underground parking. The shower is exceptionally powerfull, rain type. The bed is confortable and the room is spacious. For the price it was well above expectation, and better then other work collegue in different hotel at similar price.

The bathroom fills with moisture in half a second when taking a shower. All hotels are generally bad for that, but it was particularly severe. The ceramic floor and mirror stays wet for hours after even a short shower, and if you leave the room before all humidity is evacuated, the fan stops which further complicate the problem.

The location was beautiful with an ocean view. The rooms were large and clean and the bathroom was very nice. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

No real complaints about the hotel itself, but on the night from Saturday to Sunday close-by bar was playing very loud music until 11pm, so loud that you could easily hear it in the rooms. I do not know how often this occurs, but at least for our second night (Sunday to Monday) this did not happen.

View is exceptional. All rooms are on ocean side so the view is guaranteed. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are great. Restaurant is worth to visit even if You don't stay in the hotel. Great place to recommend.

The view was incredible, and room was very comfortable. All meals were excellent.

I would have loved to be able to make a cup of tea or coffee in my room in the morning time, but there was no kettle.

In all the city of Antofagasta is one of the most beautiful hotels (view from the rooms is wonderful.). The breakfasts are excellent, the staff is very friendly and all speak English.

Excellent views - great staff and service

The indoor Pool wasn’t really warm - the outside pool was swarmed with pelicans and vultures in the water.
