Great Location, good complementary breakfast available. Safe parking lot, guard available. Comfortable, clean beds. Great view from swimming pool area, private easy access to local beach. Good quality hand liquid soap an body wash provided. Not noisy portable air condition unit in room , greatly appreciated.

At the first room assigned door didn't locked .. I asked to change room. Staff offered to fix door, but I decided to get a better room Hotel safe deposit box in room not available to use unless I call the front desk. It should be ready to use upon arrival. Bathroom bathtub and shower without safety anti-slippery material of any kind on bottom surface. I used to be a local, this time I booked with American passport and international credit card, it will be nice to inform on the web site, that the IVA tax discount ( almost 20%) is available only if I entered the country as a foreigner, since front desk clerk asked for PDI document.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent location (close to beach and a short walk from the centre).

The hotel seems to host lots of private events/functions. More than once, we felt that the communal areas (pool area and bar) were off limits to hotel guests due to an ongoing private event. This was very inconvenient as the pool is definitely a draw card (the nearby beach is OK, not amazing). One of the nights we're were there, the loud music from the event (live DJ) continued until midnight, which was disruptive and, I felt, pretty disrespectful of hotel guests. Finally, while room service is apparently available (it appears as a service the hotel offers in their description), we could find no information about it during our stay, and so we couldn't take advantage of the full hotel experience.

Clean, spacious, comfortable room with views overlooking beach and ocean. Friendly and professional staff. Bar, restaurant and pools were lovely places to relax. It had everything you could want for a few days ocean side relaxing after a packed, high altitude week in the Altiplano! Stunning headland location with beaches either side, desert mountain backdrop and panoramic Pacific sunsets. Bars, restaurants and food trucks within a 5 minute walk and the centre of Arica is only a 20 minute stroll along the boardwalk.

Perhaps just a personal preference however in a 4 star hotel the dining experience would be enhanced by having proper, printed menus. And a wine list with prices and descriptions should be available although prices were reasonable.

The location was great, right by the ocean and next to two good beaches. It’s a pleasant short walk to town along the promenade. Our room was large with a direct sea view and terrace.

A convention or party was held every night which meant we sometimes felt like bystanders at someone else’s social event.

The location was great, right at the beach, which was suitable for swimming. The room was nice, had a great view, and the staff was friendly. Good breakfast and a good restaurant. Free and safe parking. I highly recommend it.

Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Pool was a welcome change, but was very cold in the morning!

The room key was hard to use...

The hotel is a bit out of downtown Arica but thats what makes it special. It's quiet, has everything you need on the grounds and a front row seat to the Pacific ocean. We found it very relaxing. The food from the restaurant was superb and the staff really does try to please.

Nothing, really.

Staff were great, key staff spoke English. Good breakfast buffet, pool etc perfect.
