Ok it’s a very nice hotel and I liked it. It’s super pricy however. I never feel comfortable paying that much. The cost is over the charts. I want to thank Patricio at the front desk for helping me out when my Latam flight ( worst airline ever) canceled our flight. Thank you Patricio. He was really kind and helped me out to call Latam with his phone! That was super kind. The breakfast is very good and there is a huge spread. I loved breakfast. The pool is lovely. The cleaning crew was attentive and the gals who knocked my door everyday in pm to ask if I needed anything were really kind. Thx!!! I loved the sweet stray dogs and one in particular. I’ll miss that dog.

If you put someone in the furthest rooms, you should either provide water everyday or put a water machine close to those farthest away from the reception area. It’s a hike for water Also the vents below the sliding doors should be sealed so there is no gaps to prevent any roach from coming inside. At this price point that’s required. I had a big roach on day 2. Also I never got my welcome necklace and my free water bottles. I had to ask for them. This should not happen again at this price point. The hotels and hostels on this island are really bad so I recommend splurging if you can.

The service and staff were amazing, and made our visit very special! Everyone we encountered was warm, friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The check-in process was personal and helpful, and we felt welcome from the first moment being picked up at the airport. We were consistently greeted by name which was a wonderful addition to our stay. Our room was private and beautiful, and housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping it tidy and refreshing our towels and amenities as needed. Turndown service was also a lovely and unexpected service. Breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious, and sunset cocktails were included which was very nice. All of the food we had at the resort was very good and we were never hungry. The grounds of the resort were also very well maintained and the groundskeepers were happy to share a smile and a warm "Iorana".

The only thing we found out of place was that the floor in our room was not very clean. It was swept and clear of debris, but walking from the shower to the bed made our feet dirty. Provided slippers were a necessity, and we were happy with them, but a cleaner floor would have been preferred.

Everything. Everything is done to make your experience on Easter Island an outstanding and unforgettable one. The location is perfect and enables you to reach the city and surroundings by walk. The view from the bedroom and overall from the hotel is the best possible, straight on the ocean, magical. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the transfers offered very convenient and activities proposed wonderful. Finally the breakfast is extremely tasty with a variety of options at your disposal. The hotel facilities are wonderful, from the pool to the gym, you can really enjoy and make full use of them.

The Nayara Hangroa is the perfect place to stay for a trip to Rapa Nui. The sea views were spectacular, rooms were beautifully designed, quiet and comfortable. The staff were incredible, very friendly and took care of any questions immediately. The breakfast restaurant Poerava was 10/10- tons of different types of food available, a mimosa station, gluten-free options, and soy/almond milk and yogurt for those who don't eat dairy. They also have a grab-and-go station with wrapped sandwiches, drinks, fruits and cereal bars that you can take on excursions which was very handy as some of the tours do not have stops to buy food. The pool area is spotless and a great way to spend some downtime before/after the day's activities. I had an amazing massage at the spa and enjoyed the private sauna (you can book 30 minutes per day for free), the ladies working there were very accommodating and happy to show me around and explain all of the services available. The gym is well-equipped with shower facilities. The welcome flower necklace and departure shell necklaces they gave us were a nice touch! I loved all of the friendly dogs on the property that would greet the guests and it was heartwarming to see the staff interact with them throughout the day as they went about their work. If you stay here (or anywhere on Rapa Nui), do not complain about the dogs, it's their home and you are the guest!!

Dinner at the restaurant Kaloa was disappointing, with extremely slow service. Compared to the restaurants on the rest of the island, portions were small and the dishes were just average in quality. It did not live up to the standards of the rest of the hotel.

The staff at Nayara Hangaroa was excellent - from check-in, to dining, spa, and excursions. Communication prior to the stay was helpful and they organized transportation to and from the airport. The dining options were fantastic with excellently prepared and presented food - Barbra, specifically was such an amazing highlight of our trip in the dining room. Excursions included with the full-fare option were seamless organized making our stay truly unforgettable! The rooms were spacious, well equipped, and clean. I would HIGHLY recommend Nayara Hangaroa to anyone staying on the Island!

Initially it was difficult to understand what was actually included in the full-fare option.

The entire staff was pleasant. The place was peaceful and cool during the hot time of day. Breakfast was really good; loved the baby pineapples. A special thanks to those who served us: Cristian, Cintya, Tua, and Max. Loved the 1/2 day tours!

For those who like extremely fast service (like fast food speed), the dining experience is not for you. We, however, really enjoyed the leisurely pacing of the food courses.

if you want a hotel that is all about giving you a TOTAL EXPERIENCE look no further. From the minute we walked off the plane and was greeted by our host standing by the best and cleanest minibus we knew we had made the right choice. Everyone and everything was perfect. Great location overlooking the sea and close to the town. The two days of excursions were amazing and the guides were so knowledgeable. This hotel made our trip a trip of a lifetime

There was nothing that was too much for them. So can’t find fault at all.

We liked it here so much that this is "part 2" of our stay on Easter Island. Thank you to Cecilia for arranging all the tours for us; she is a true asset to this resort. Also a special thank you to Miriam in housekeeping for the extra attention to cleaning our room. Finally, thank you to all the front desk personnel who made this a seamless stay and introducing us to the Tapati Festival time. This resort is also within walking distance to the town and festival.

Lovely hotel and stunning location. Staff all really helpful and the restaurant was great for breakfast, poolside lunch and even a BBQ dinner one night. Only about a 15 minute walk into the town to the bars restaurants and shops but reception were happy to arrange taxis to go further afield. Very good spa and excursions too, the tours were great value and very convenient being organised but the hotel. A great stay!

Being right on the water was magical. The view is amazing! It felt very nature oriented and the property was serene. And everyone who worked there went out of their way to make our time there so special. I wish we stayed longer!

It could use a little sprucing up but I know they hired someone to do that so it’s in good hands. It didn’t deter from the experience though.
