Beautiful hotel, good location, breakfast, big, very confortable room.

The air conditioning was not working properly. This had already happened on a previous stay. On both occasions the hotel was full. On another occasion the hotel was empty and the air conditioning worked well. It may be a coincidence, but I believe the system may be undersized. Not acceptable for a hotel of this standard.

Excellent buffet breakfast, helpful staff, comfortable and spacious rooms. A swimming pool with a wonderful view.

Considering that all rooms have a sea view it was a bit disappointing to see that the windows weren't clean. This would have enhanced our stay.

The restaurant of the hotel was a little pricey compared to the other places of the area.

Everything went well with this Hotel. The staff were mostly awesome with only one exception. There was this waitress at the restaurant who would not show me my bill and would try to charge me without me checking my bill, and she even added the tip every time without asking me if I was okay with it. She was the only problem I had with the place. The rest of the staff would show me my bill and ask me before adding the tip. The bad waitress was a really short person with long dark hair. Be careful with her.

I had to ask the waitress to let me check my bill because she would not give it to me. She would only type the amount into the transbank machine and hand it to me.

Spacious room with great view over the city, nice swimming pool, great breakfast

the staff was very friendly and helpful once we were there, but the communication via bookings.com in advance was slow

Room was excellent, had a separate lounge area which was nice. Also very quiet. I enjoyed the restaurant and bar. Staff ordered me an early taxi on day of departure, which worked out well thankyou.
