I recently stayed at Hotel NH Iquique and had a great experience. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we felt welcome. Due to a small issue that was resolved the next day, they kindly sent a complimentary dessert to our three rooms, which was a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated.

The only downside of my stay was the breakfast area, which felt a bit disorganized. Many tables for four were occupied by just two people, making it difficult to find a free table for our group. A better seating arrangement or staff assistance in managing tables would improve the experience.

The place is very nice, clean, well decorated. The rooms have enough space and the linen in the beds is impeccable. They have courtesy water, tea and coffee, room tidying and cleaning daily. The location is perfect, near Playa Brava, The Peninsula and Cavancha, all at a walkable distance. The rooftop is beautiful, with a cold jacuzzi and a bar, with view to the ocean. They also have a 24/7 gym. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They also have a baggage store service for when you check out, and they also offer late check out. An overall great experience.

The hotel is very well located, the staff is very friendly and attentive, the rooms are spacious and very clean, with panoramic views to the city and a black out courtain for better sleeping. There's always water available, a nice coffee maker and a kettle for tea. An overall good experience.

Out of the three existing elevators just one was working, which was inconvenient at times. The mattress of the additional bed was not very comfortable and a private bathroom would be appreciated for larger rooms

Everything was really good! The location near beaches, restaurants and beach walks. The staff was friendly and open to any inquiry. The size of the standard room is comfortable. My pet was allowed without any problems (presenting updated documents regarding pets vaccination). The foot also was tasty.

The hotel was generally quiet and comfortable. We had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant and both were excellent.

The fridges in both rooms were noisy. The parking ( and indeed the hotel entrance) could be better signposted. It is very difficult to spot the sign, especially if driving.

The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was nice and so was the view i had in my room.

I left a msg saying i went to Iquique to celebrate my 40th birthday and i didnt get asked for the message i left on my booking.

Lovely. The room was modern and clean. The shower was hot and the water pressure was good. Good WiFi and good location. I would stay again.

New hotel i think or newly redecorated. Everything looks new. Dinner was good and one of the best breakfast selections in entire chile.

Restaurants could clear finished plates first before serving the next meal. Confusing entrance for the hotel Hot water in the room sometimes works. Other times, it doesn't The bedroom floor was greasy Minifridge was locked.

Gym was a little small

New hotel, beautiful decoration, very comfortable.

The air conditioning didn’t work in the rooms. Just the fan, but no cooling/drying of the air.
