This was one of our best accommodation experiences in three months of travelling around South America. Pucón is the loveliest town to visit, even in the cold wet weather we were unfortunate enough to have during our three day visits. The staff were so lovely at Newen, they spoke very good English, made sure there was a fire lit and warming in the lounge room to sit in front of every day and helped us with all questions we had. The rooms were super comfortable, warm and cosy in those cold days. The shower was hot with great pressure. Breakfast was good and served by a sweet lady who obviously took great pride in her job. The hotel is located in a great spot, just off the main drag so very close to lots of shops, cafes and restaurants but also upper quiet at night. They were also kind enough to offer us a later check out as we were catching a late bus out of town.

Nothing not to like

It has a great location in the middle of town. The staff are helpful and courteous. The breakfast is not as good as it used to be but it's still ok. The room was attractive and the bed was comfortable. The price/quality ratio seems fair to me. There are only 2 or 3 parking spots in front of the hotel. I advise you to book one well in advance of your stay if you're driving to Pucón.

It's not the hotel's fault but the new restobar opposite the hotel was pretty noisy. Perhaps time to invest in some better windows?

This little nice B&B is located very centrally in Pucon. Small and full of character. We had a small balcony, very nice. Breakfast was served at the table and could have been richer. You had to request the cleaning of your room. Staff was wonderful. Good value for money.

The double bed was too narrow for two big Scandinavians. Parking outside the hotel was very limited and if you did not get one of the parking lots, you had to start the big hunt for somewhere to park your car - a very difficult task in Pucón in February…

We chose a mountain view room and literally it was the beautiful mountain view. That's we loved in this hotel.

We as 2 ppl walked into the hotel and booked the room directly on the day before of our check-in. A receptionist told us it costed 75,000 CLP per night and we accepted, however he told us the price was 85,000 CLP if you are 2 people when we did check-in. That thing was not reliable unfortunately,,

This charming hotel had lovely friendly staff, just a few blocks from the main street and close to the lake. We had a fabulous room with a great view of the volcano - what can be better than to be in Pucon lying in bed with a view of the volcano! Staff were helpful and arranged some laundry to be done for us. There was a really nice vibe too. Breakfast was good - a nice choice of delicious fruit and eggs and cheese. Close to great restaurants and all within walking distance. We also arranged a parking space at the hotel. Our room was on the 1st floor (above reception). If we went back we would have picked the room above ours on the 3rd floor which also had a bigger balcony overlooking the volcano. A lovely stay.

As our room was close to the stairs we could hear other guests going down to breakfast (no one was very loud, but if you are looking for a long lye in this isn't the room for you). The other annoyance was the Ibis birds that make a hell of a noise at dawn when you are woken by about 5 of them as they chat to each other - they sit in the tree and on the roof tops near by. I love nature but these guys are loud! The second morning the party seemed to have moved to another tree but I would definitely recommend ear plugs. These birds are pretty but they are very loud!

Wonderful location - it is centrally located, close to restaurants, markets, parks and the beach. Nice dining area for breakfast, including a cozy spot by the fireplace. Great view of the volcano out the back window of the house.

Limited parking on the premises, Being so close to everything also means being close to noise and smells. Some lingering noise outside from adjacent businesses (restaurants). Not too bad. Easily overlooked.

The location was great, clean and well maintained. Rustic look, friendly and helpful staff.

Just a little feedback about the breakfast starting time. As I was doing tours that were mostly start before breakfast time at 8, it would be nicer if the try to pack a snack or save your breakfast for afterwards.

The location was excellent, in the center of Pucon. The Staff was friendly and helpful, and spoke enough English to make things easy. The room was very comfortable and with a large balcony with a great view of the city and the Volcan Villarica (when it wasn't shrouded by clouds).

Honestly, there isn't anything I care to criticize, except for the big loud birds nearby.

We spent 3 nights in this nice hotel. The hotel is safe and is perfectly located in Pucón. The bedroom and the bathroom were large and cosy. The breakfast was delicious. A special mention to the people working at the hotel reception : they were super nice and helpful ! We really enjoyed our stay there !

One of the best places we stayed in Chile. Rooms were big with a balcony. The front desk gave us information we wanted. Also close to bus terminal. Center location with lots of restaurants to choose, Go pucon and other activities.

Breakfast can be better. Only one coffee for free, after the first coffee per person there is a charge.
