Jose, the owner, and his staff are always helpful and friendly. We arrived on a boat at 2 am. Jose was there waiting for us. He later also gave us a ride to the airport. He always checked on us to make sure we were comfortable. The breakfast bar opened all day long without time restriction which is rare and appreciated by guests. The food was typical chilean style but they have eggs for you to cook in the kitchen. While our room was small, the comfortable common areas provided a great space to meet and chat with other travelers.

Our room was small, making it difficult to even open our suitcases fully. The bathroom lacked essential features like a soap or shampoo holder in the shower, and there was no counter space to place toiletries. This made simple tasks like brushing our teeth and showering quite inconvenient.

Room was cozy, bed comfy and bath small but clean. Owner picked us up after midnight at ferry without charge - much appreciated after long trip and wet weather. He also delivered us free to airport on departure. Relaxed hostel-type atmosphere where you could even cook your own eggs and snack any time of day or night. We met fun fellow guests, Chilean and Spanish, including a group of adventurers en route to sail a schooner to Antarctica. Host provided good orientation to optimize our short 2 day visit.

Great Host!!!!! Can’t say enough about how well they took care of us! The kitchen, dining area was superb and extra bonus for cooking on your own or dining in general with all the food they provide! There is literally food in the dining area at all times!! Juice machines etc! As well as a full size refrigerator for keeping groceries. The room was very cozy and had everything we needed !

Real lodge feeling, big public spaces, warm Hospitality, very complete breakfast from anytime in the early morning, lots of other good meal self service options too, very clean, all for an honest price.

My room, a single, small, has no view, only small window in bathroom on blind wall, maybe 30cm away, so bit of a closet, but with lots of storage and a desk, and I slept well

Very central location in Puerto Williams, only 7 minutes away from ferry harbour. Supermarket and main central square just few minutes ago. The hotel itself is nice and quiet. I got a good sleep. Breakfast is big enough to start the day, including eggs.

you can have a coffee and tea all day,and play chess. You feel yourself at home in an island home. The building has good energy, a local feeling far from the crowded tourist places.

We have a fantastic time staying at this place. The host is very friendly and attentive. The room was very spacious, with a great bed and good facilities. The personal that works there is very helpful. The breakfast is good and available all day, giving a sense of relaxation to not having to wake up too early.

(Second stay) Really kind and friendly staff. They had patience with is when we did a really late check being late for over an hour due to q hailstorm in the mountain. They kept the bags with them while we were on a dientes del navarino path walking for days. They made us the laundry after a walking in the mountains for no additional cost. Room was enormous and really clean. I would rate it as a 9.5 but the app does not allow me!

Great place to stay, food /snacks available all day, you cook your own eggs for breakfast.

Rooms have thin walls so you can hear the person in the other room.
