I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of everything, making it super convenient to explore nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile and offering great recommendations. The room was spotless, and you could tell the hotel takes cleanliness seriously. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. Would definitely return!

There are a couple of things worth mentioning. The Wi-Fi was only available in the public areas, such as the lobby, which was a bit inconvenient. It would be great if they could extend it to the rooms, especially for business travelers or those who need to work remotely. As for breakfast, while it's decent, it’s pretty much the same every day. The selection isn’t exactly gourmet, and the quality could be improved, but it's acceptable for a quick, simple start to the day.

Really nice and helpful staff, very clean rooms and common areas, and a good location overlooking the pier. Also appreciated a working elevator (not the case in other places I stayed recently), luggage storage, and drinking water in the lobby.

Two minor things: (1) Breakfast was okay - mostly sweets - and it was hard to find a clean table after large tour groups were there. (2) Though the staff worked to solve my problem, the heaters in the room were very noisy. Hotel was also a bit pricey compared to other places I stayed, but perhaps that's Ushuaia rates.

Location - No.1 in Ushuaia (5 mins walk to the best steahouse El Asador, and best Seafood restaurant Lq Case de los Mariscos). Hospitality- very helpful, attentive and personal touch of the reception - the lady in the morning shift is the best (she looks like Andrea Corr). Room is clean, reasonably sized and comfortable. Breakfast- good selection

Really minor - but i was hoping to have more warm options for breakfast (atleast fried eggs)

Location & flexibility! Patricio is such an awesome guy. We asked if we can check in early if there’s availability and he did everything he can to make sure we can. I also asked if we can have breakfast earlier than the opening of the restaurant and he said Yes! Great customer service. Very clean hotel and professional staff. The view of the Ushuaia harbor from our room is amazing. Hotel is close to everything including a laundromat. Excellent!!!

It is a comfortable, most pleasant hotel, in a great spot. The staff is very friendly. There is coffee available all the time. The breakfast is very generous. The do offer apples, bananas and fresh vegetables. The coffee is very good.

The breakfast has too many sweet things. I would prefer more different cheeses, a plain nature yogurt without sugar.

Breakfast and breakfast staff were fabulous! The view from our room amazing! Walking distance to everything. They also had a small gym that was nice for our down days.

The room could get a bit hot, so we needed to crack the window at night which allowed for a bit too much noise, but nothing major. All the other fabulous features and the wonderful staff more than made up for something so minor.

The location was excellent. You could walk to the restaurants and to the Main Street where all the shops are. The people at the hotel were so friendly and nice. Breakfast was super nice even Mate was available for all guests at breakfast. The service was simply excellent.

Very convenient location. It took us a while to figure out how to get the room temperature lowered, but that was maybe our fault. The staff were excellent whenever we asked a question. Breakfast was as good as any in Argentina (like all of them, heavy on the sweets).
