Absolutely loved this hotel. You get the breakfast delivered to your room and you have a kitchenette to yourself to compliment as you need. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was great!

I cannot recommend this property highly enough. My experience was great from start to finish. Check in was easy, smooth and efficient, even for me as a non Spanish speaker. Shout out to Kevin for his help with getting me settled in. The room was first class, exceptionally clean and well equipped. For anyone who enjoys their tech, the iPod which can be used to set the room facilities and find out more about the hotel, its services and Ushuaia itself was a great addition, along with the ability to WhatsApp with reception to order breakfast etc. Speaking of breakfast, there were all kinds of options, from the traditional, through to healthy option. They even had a vegan option. You can enjoy it looking out at the great views from the property. The staff were also very friendly, kind and professional. All in all a fantastic place to stay.

Well above expectations! Staff were flawless, both at check in and check out. The breakfast basket has so many options - I was sent a Whatsapp message in the evening with a huge list (including vegan and gluten free options) and I could choose everything I wanted and the delivery time. I also chose fresh eggs so I could scramble them myself in the mini kitchen. Everything was very clean and in perfect condition. Lovely quality shampoo and conditioner in the shower, good hairdryer, and very warm floor heating throughout! I was on the ground floor and there was a bit of noise from the reception area, requesting a higher floor would be recommended. Great cafes nearby. Uber from the airport was about USD9 late at night. Free luggage storage after check out.

Location is perfect, centric, easy to find, beautiful facility, modern and clean. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. At check-in we were greeted with complimentary champagne and chocolates, which we really appreciate. It was all we needed to enjoy our first time in Ushuaia.

Unfortunately, our stay was shadowed by a very uncomfortable miscommunication situation with the staff at check-out. We felt that we were treated very unfair, and they were being condesending towards us. The next day, the manager from the property messaged us trying to make ammends and fix the situation.

We had a great stay at Original House in Ushuaia. The property is very spacious and tastefully designed, with a lot of attention to detail. The beds were comfortable, and we especially appreciated the welcome gift – a bottle of wine and some snacks – which was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was good and served directly in the room, which added to the convenience. The views from the terrace were stunning, offering a beautiful panorama of the mountains and the city below. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it’s a stylish and welcoming place with great potential and lovely touches. With a few improvements, it could be truly exceptional.

We did encounter a couple of minor issues: the heating in our room wasn’t working properly at first and required some follow-up to get fixed, and the smart controls via the iPad didn’t function reliably (possibly just a glitch in our apartment). Also, the soundproofing could be improved – we could hear conversations from adjacent rooms.

Superb stay at Original House! Staff was communicative and responsive on WhatsApp our entire stay, and were very conscientious of a food allergy we had in our party. Rooms are impeccably clean and spacious, and ours had a large bathing tub next to the bed which we definitely took advantage of! Ushuaia is small, so getting to all the major sites was not an issue. The breakfast included croissants, yogurt, fruit, and ham/cheese sandwiches. We had to leave early on an excursion one morning and would otherwise miss the food, but they were so kind and packed it to go for us!

This is a beautiful little boutique hotel with a history and that is what makes it cute and special. VERY CLEAN!! Comfortable bed We had one of the apartments on the ground floor next to reception with a ground floor equipped kitchen diner/lounge with complimentary red wine and snacks on arrival which was nice. Fridge/cooker/breakfast bar (pots/pans/cutlery/dish cloths all supplied) etc. Bedroom upstairs along with bathroom (ensuite). Staff were fabulous. Great location - walking distance to everything!! Thanks for a memorable stay!

It is a modern, beautifully designed and furnished hotel. It also incorporates a tiny historical cottage at the entrance, interesting and important feature of Ushuaia history. Nicely done. Great bathroom, top quality, spotless white bed sheets and towels. The lights play a very important role in the room and give a special, inviting ambiance. We had a studio room on the fourth floor with big balcony - fabulous. Complementary bottle of wine and water is a very nice touch. Don’t miss the terrace on the seventh floor, for the amazing views and complimentary afternoon treat. Interesting concept for breakfast and it works very well.

Breakfast choice is a little disappointing and repetitive especially if you happen to have a few breakfasts during your stay but this is a minor thing.
