Beautiful location, excellent meals and wine list. Staff very helpful, many had some English speaking ability. The whole hotel was quite cozy and serene.

Visitors should know that Argentina doesn't have as many English speaking service workers as, for instance, many European destinations. Basic Spanish will suffice but it pays to brush up in advance! Also note that Hotel Los Nires is in a lovely location around the bay from the main part of town - great for quiet and for nice views, but not very easily walkable to restaurants or sites. It is only a 10-15 minute taxi ride to all the main destinations, and in December 2023 that costs around $7.

Wonderful and comfortable stay. Guestrooms are huge yet cozy with magnificent views. Note, no need to pay more for the lake view … the mountain view of snowcapped peaks is just as spectacular Staff friendly, two great ones in particular at the Front Desk, Florencia and Hector!

The place where the hotel is situated

too expensive for what they offer, the room is very old and I had an issue with the bank app and I had in the moment of check in to pay for 2 nights and I said that when the app will be back or the next day I will pay for the 3rd night. They didn’t accept this and I stayed at reception until my bank app worked in order to transfer money.

We loved the view from the hotel. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the staff was attentive to our needs.

It was a little far away from city center (10-15 mins away by car). It didn't bother us at all because moving around was easy.

This place feels like a spa. It is pretty decorated, blends in with the scenery, super clean and the ambient is so tranquil. Their restaurant is good, but not a lot of ppl go there. Food is amazing. They care about every detail. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was spacious and offered good breakfast and dinner selection. Friendly staff and great views of the area.

The hotel offers free mountain bikes. Well, with 194 cm you can imagine what problem I encountered. The bike tour around the hotel area was still very nice.

Very polite and thoughtful staff, ready to provide information and help us out whenever needed. We also got a room with a stunning view! Breakfast was complete and hotel very clean. The hotel is not located in the city center, but that for us was a plus as we appreciate the quietness. Hotel offers free transfers to-from the city at pre-appointed hours and moving around with a taxi is easy and cheap, when needed.

The room walls were apparently very thin, so you could here a lot of what went on in the adjacent rooms (snoring, talking, TV). We could still sleep very well because we were dead tired after hiking all day, but that was the only downside.

Facilities and staff were amazing. Super comfortable and decent size room + breakfast. Staff super accommodating, we could leave our luggage before and after checking in / out without any issues.

You could hear other guests talking in their rooms and hallways at night, a bit disturbing.

The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. It’s a bit far from the center however the views over the mountains is really nice. Also they offer a shuttle to and from the city center a few times a day.

The rooms could use an upgrade - it feels that nothing was changed since the hotel opened.
