Upon arriving in Ushuaia at 9 am, a short ride from the airport brought me to the hotel, where the staff warmly greeted me and assisted with my luggage. The welcoming touch of hot chocolate set the tone for a delightful stay. Check-in was seamless, and I was invited to enjoy a complimentary drink and breakfast since it was still early. Although I passed on the drink, the breakfast spread was delicious, especially the homemade lemonade. After breakfast, I was pleasantly surprised to find my room ready. Room was spacious and super clean! A quick shower later, I was prepared to explore the area. The hotel's concierge was incredibly helpful, securing a spot for a trip to a Martillo (Pinguin) island the next day and offering tips for my stay. My first adventure was a hike to lagoon Esmeralda. Despite warnings of muddy conditions, the experience was exceptional, with stunning scenery. The hotel staff had thoughtfully prepared me for this hike, ensuring I had all the necessary gear and sandwiches. Returning from the hike, I indulged in the hotel's spa facilities, enjoying the jacuzzi and infinity pool with views of the Beagle channel and mountains. Despite the hotel's distance from the city center, transport (shuttle bus and Uber) was convenient and affordable. Hotel's spa facilities provided much-needed relaxation after my daily long hikes. On my final day, following a recommendation, I hiked to a glacier, enjoying spectacular views and concluding the trip with a delightful meal of local cuisine. Leaving was difficult, but the memories of this incredible journey will stay with me forever. Huge thank you to Ivan, Maria, Milena, Luciana, Antonella, Leonel, Michaela and the rest of the wonderful crew for making my stay unforgettable.

The location on the Beagle Channel is phenomenal. We had a suite that was very spacious and so near the water that we felt totally within the spectacular Tiera de Fuego nature. Truely a great hotel that fits with its style fantastically into its surroundings. A little drive from Ushuaia, so you are away from the hustle and bustle and can enjoy the great outdoors close and intense. The hotel staff and management are very helpful and accommodating. We definitely remember our stay here. It was outstanding.

Everything was great at this hotel. And I already am thinking about when to come back to visit and stay at this hotel. The staff was so warm and friendly and kind. They patiently answered any questions (I had a bunch), the excursions were good (having your own private boat was amazing, trust me on this, you skip the crazy long line of the public boat). The food at the restaurant was good. The location was AMAZING and the view...my God that view was stunning. I got stuck outside in the storm during an outing and ended up getting sick, the staff gave me lemon, hot water, honey...without charging me. It's not expensive, but the gesture was much appreciated. The pool was very nice with the view on a clear day.

It's simply wonderful. Best location in front of the canal, we had a room with a view to see the sunrise, the mountains and the peace of the water. We had a big room with enough space for our luggage. Comfy and with all the amenities expected. We had a Spa afternoon with massage and jacuzzi, all amazing, great care of details. The concierge supported us with a couple of tour's arrangements and was perfect. 1000% recommended. I want to move and live in the hotel! 😆 Breakfast was abundant and delicious, views amazing and people kind and attentive. Shuttle service to the city and to the airport was perfect as well. Our guides during navigation and the national park were amazing, very knowledgeable, and we loved all the food and snacks we had!

The property and communal areas are stunning! The room was lovely and clean and had all the usual facilities. We enjoyed spending time in the spa and you can also have lunch/afternoon tea in the spa. All the staff were exceptionally attentive and incredibly friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is fabulous. We went on the boat to see the sealions and penguins which was amazing, well worth the money as you are on a little boat as appose to a ferry. We got very close to both animals and saw an enormous star fish! Our guide Lucas was exceptional and was very generous us telling us a ton of history about Ushuaia. The cost of the hotel is high but it was worth it for the views and the communal areas and service received.

The bus times offered by the property aren’t the best if you are just wanting to nip into town for food, but it’s nice this service exists. You would not be able to walk to the centre so taxi’s are needed (or the bus service). My vegan meal was forgotten on the boat cruise but was rectified with a meal in the restaurant which was very generous.

It’s a nice hotel, rooms are old but clean, very good blankets !!! Good breakfast and nice sauna , have rules in the sauna for kids can’t enjoy the jacuzzi and sauna room, only pool and only for hours 18:00-20:00

Staff in the restaurant downstairs the girl is not polite, speaks rudely and refused to take the remaining food to the room, although this is the same as room service, there is a person for this, rudeness from the restaurant staff, but the reception and concierge department are wonderful, well done

loved the location lounges and chill out areas were really lovely staff were very friendly and helpful

I wasn't impressed that my room didn't have a view of the water....there is nothing stating some rooms are back facing.. whats more it was my special add on 50th bday treat stay after Antarctica- the staff knew and yet no room upgrade was given nor a bottle of bubbles nor a cake even...... I was quite let down considering this is a highly rated resort...they should always go the extra mile!

After five weeks of travelling through all of Chilean Patagonia and the better parts of Argentinian Patagonia - El Calafate and El Chalten - spending a night here and a couple of nights there, it was time for a long rest at a resort/spa hotel in Ushuaia. Five nights in a Patagonia Suite was the ultimate in comfort. The restaurant food of a very high standard and the Pisco Sours best drunk sitting down. All the staff were very welcoming and extremely efficient. The hotel service into downtown Ushuaia ran many times each day.

The hospitality was amazing and the staff were very friendly. But the view is the thing that makes this place exceptional. The fact that the staff as a full speak English made my stay very comfortable and incredible.

The heaters in the room is very hot sometimes sleep can be hard.

The facilities and staff were excellent and we loved the pool and spa area. The view and location are stunning and the rooms were very comfortable.

The restaurant was not good at all. About half of our food was inedible, for example we ordered a steak that was so overdone that it tasted like leather. The service in the restaurant was also very slow.
