To start with, hotel has an exceptional location - in a quiet area but within 5mins walk to the main street of Ushuaia that has all shops and restaurants. Secondly, the room itself and especially view from the window - it was an absolute pleasure to watch sunrise and sunset there - definitely add one star for that. The hotel itself is very cosy and has nice reception area and restaurant that serves quite good breakfast - eggs, ham, cheese, medialunas, tea/coffee. The room was super cosy, had small fridge and kettle. Bathroom had bathtub and all other amenities. Pity I had to leave - would definitely stay longer. P.S.: just an advice for hotel to add "do not disturb" and "clean my room" signs. I don't usually like my room to be cleaned if I am staying for short period of time and put "do not disturb" sign but they didn't have it so when I came back to the room in the middle of the day, the lady was cleaning it so I had to explain in my poor Spanish that there is no need to do that :)

We paid a little extra & booked the top floor penthouse suites. They were spacious, and the bathroom was very nice. Lots of space for hanging clothes & stretching out. The hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk to the downtown area, so not central to shops & restaurants if that's what you're looking for.

Although we did not take advantage of the included breakfast, out friends did, and they said it was not very good. It reminded them of a US chain hotel free breakfast. Also, there was a kettle in the room for heating up water, but no coffee of tea provided. What was the kettle for then? That was confusing.

This hotel was overall really great. They have a nice comfy lobby, helpful staff, and our room was great for a very fair price. The bed was comfortable, which was uncommon in our travels, and our room had beautiful views from two sides. The breakfast was decent, with an orange juice squeezing device a few of the mornings. The shower had great water pressure!

The hotel is up the hill, so that should be noted, you’ll definitely be climbing the icy snowy hill in your stay if you come in winter, but it wasn’t a big deal for us.

I liked the recepcion service, the breakfast was ok, the room had great views and good heating, the bed was comfortable and in general i can say i like the hotel ;)

The location... up on the hill, need to walk many stairs and cross the park to get back from the city center...as it's at the corner of the city center, all adventures will pick you up first 40 min before, and leave you last... another thing that i didn't like was the water noise from the shower of the neighbors, each time they take a shower you hear a very loud noise... i think that the price is too high for it's location and what it offers

The location was right for us as we did not want to be in the busy downtown area. Nice enough view if you get a view room. Comfortable large room. Comfortable bed. Pillow choices. Quiet. Good heating.

I really wanted to give a better rate but for the price they are missing simple things that could up the value of this property. One of the reasons I booked this is they have a restaurant on site. Unfortunately it was closed, other restaurants were at a long walk distance. The final rate they charged was questionable. Breakfast was unimpressive. Hot water kettle but no tea or coffee. A small fridge but no microwave to heat food. One chair in a large room for 2. You can't go too wrong here just don't expect too much, prices are high in the area.

We had a lovely, up-to-date apartment set to the side and little behind the hotel, making it very private and quiet. It was spacious, well appointed, and well furnished. The location was great to walk into town and it was not far from the airport. The breakfast was very good, we especially liked the eggs, making fresh orange juice, and the selection of a variety of breads, etc. The staff in the reception were most helpful and friendly. The apartment is highly recommended! It was wonderful for us, a couple, but would equally be wonderful for a family, given the space and rooms!

We liked everything! Only one suggestion regarding the primary bath is to figure out a little more room to walk in and out of the shower since the bidet is a bit close to the shower entrance. It is a minor comment, so more a suggestion. This situation was also found in a couple of other nice hotels during our travel in Argentina so think it is due to including the bidet possibly later in the bathroom design process!

Loved this place! It was super cozy in the cold city of Ushuaia. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable, the room had a mini fridge, and a decent view of the Beagle Channel in the distance. The staff was nice and the breakfast was delicious. Loved it!

It's a little bit of a walk to the main parts of town, but it didn't bother us much. Maybe a 10-15 minute walk depending on where you're going. We enjoyed the walk through town ourselves but can see it being difficult if the weather isn't nice. Taxis are plentiful though, so that's always an option.

The room was very big, clean and comfortable with a great view to the sea. It exceeded our expectation. The bathroom had a bath and a shower. It was cozy and warm. The staff at the hotel was nice and helped us with recommendations. The restaurant at the hotel seemed good although we could not try it as it was closed on Sunday. The lobby is nice. They stored our luggages for the whole day for free as they have a dedicated room. It was great value for money. I would definitely recommend it.

The breakfast could be improved a bit. I asked for gluten free bread and did not provide it so I could not eat much at breakfast as most of the things had gluten. It is not located right in the centre but it’s close. Walking it’s 10-15 minutes and by taxi just few minutes to the main street.

Perfect location a short walk uphill from the town and port. It has a very good restaurant onsite where we ended up eating all 3 evenings. The waiters were very attentive and helpful with food and wine suggestions. Also the reception staff is extremely helpful and nice.

The plumbing is done in a way that makes the rooms boiling hot even with heat turned off. Due to pipes passing in walls, the room was very hot. We had the window open the entire stay.

Room was large, breakfast had a hot item - scrambled eggs. Argentinian hotels normally have very poor breakfast, but these guys had a decent spread. The hotel restaurant has a good menu and they cook it well. The front desk lady and gentleman are very helpful, knowledgeable about the area, eager to arrange things and even had a transfer to the ski resort sorted in 15 minutes, when nobody else had any cars available. Real superstars!

Tap water both hot and cold was brown color the whole time we stayed. The rooms are not sound-proof at all, mainly because of the doors - large gaps, so anybody walking past your room and talking (loud Germans in our case) will automatically wake you up. Any sound, really.
