the location is good and not far from center! when we picked up the keys the employee was super nice and helpful! happy that he spoke perfect English, which made it easy, since my Spanish is not that good :D

actually it wasn’t that clean! first look yes, but if you look closer it needed some more cleaning! not that we couldn’t sleep there but just a suggestion to give the apartment maybe a deep cleaning!

The studio is clean, confortable, not too spacious but OK. Location is just 2 blocks from the main street. You do the check in 300m away at Hotel Monaco.

The kitchen not well equipped, it had a microwave and fridge but no stove or oven to cook and it was missing some cutlery and dishes.

It was an inexpensive place to stay.

This apartment was not very clean and the toilet paper provided was so thin you had to use lots of it. We almost ran out of toilet paper. The bedspreads were dirty and it was very noisy beside the main road. Once we replaced the missing battery for the air conditioner remote, we were able to close the window.

The apartment was very spacious and seemed well equipped for cooking, etc. It was very sparsely decorated, and some of the fittings looked a bit tired. But it was good value for money and it might really suit a couple or a small family. I met no staff on site - the apartments are handled by a hotel which is a fair distance away. A bit of a nuisance.

The bed sheets were very dusty, causing allergies until we replaced them with our own. The pillows were stained, and the bathroom towels were ripped at the ends. Additionally, the bathroom leaked water all night. A huge green light was left on at the entrance throughout the night. The internet was very unstable, and the elevator was not working. Consequently, we had to carry our luggage up three floors. Furthermore, the kettle was full of old water, and all the kitchenware was sticky

The location is great in the center of town

My room was super hot (27°C). I had to fight very hard and persistently until I was at least offered a different room with a more bearable temperature. At first management was not interested in helping me at all. WiFi is slow and the place was not very clean. No cooking facilities and poorly equipped kitchen
