The hotel is situated almost at the end of the main street passing through Ushuaia, which supposedly makes it somewhat quieter than other hotels in the center. Reception was helpful in finding a nearby laundry service and generally all staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very good, wide selections. The room was of standard size, neat and well appointed. Recommendable.

If you disembark from a cruise it is quite a long way (and uphill) to drag your bags there when on foot, a shuttle service could be useful (if you don't find a taxi due to loads of people disembarking at the same time). Otherwise no reason to complain. Pricing may be a little on the high side, although in fairness we visited in high season (Xmas).

I wanted a hotel very near to a luggage drop for a cruise ship. It was perfect for this. The hotel is on the side of a hill so the floors are a bit unevenly spaced which adds to it's charm. The breakfast was good and there was a good selection. I would have been happy to stay longer here.

The hotel was in the perfect location to enjoy Ushuaia. Everything was in walking distance. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The facility was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. I would definitely recommend this place.

The breakfast was adequate, but ordinary. The location was very good, at the quiet end of San Martin. The wifi was excellent—fast and reliable. The property is a little dated, but I would stay here again. The desk staff speak English, and are very helpful.
