We enjoyed our stay, the location SO close to the Center of the city is perfect to either enjoy some local pub or restaurant or to buy groceries in the supermarket and cook in. The view from the apartment was incredible. We stayed on the 4th floor.
If you go with kids that don't use stairs yet, ask about the lower floors since for us it was 4 flights of stairs. TV is not a smart-tv so I wasn't able to hook my streaming apps but with that view and all the things to do in town who cares...

The apartment is located in a great spot to move around the city, specially if you have to walk. The beds were comfy, I never felt cold inside the apartment.

Amazing location, extremely spacious and cozy, and they were kind enough to let me check in a bit early and then store my luggage when I checked out!

Everything was perfect. I was sick prior a cruise trip and I was allowed to have a late check out. So so nice and helpful.

Even though the owner (who lives in Brazil) was extremely nice, it didn’t help that her host in Ushuaia wasn’t very kind and you could tell she is saying rude things even in Spanish - she knew I didn’t understand the language. The apartment was super hot and smelly. the toilet seat cover didn’t stay, kept falling down. the hot water in the shower was on and off. I had to scrub myself off since the hot water stopped in the middle of the shower. :/ The check out process was also super stressful. the host was yelling for 10 extra minutes that I took beyond 10 min. I didn’t get much sleep the three nights I was here - very hot (unusual for Ushuaia). wifi was as good as non existent.

The owner of the apartment provides poor service and the water stopped working for over 3 hours and the owner of the apartment does not respond
