The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. We arrive at the hotel early, thankfully the hotel has a place to store our luggage's while waiting to check in, we left our luggage's at the hotel, came back to check in. The staff is very helpful and smooth transition. Very satisfied. Breakfast is very good and plenty and has a very nice view of the Beagle Channel. Staff are courteous. Location of the hotel is excellent walking distance from the restaurants and place to book excursions. The hotel is clean and bed is comfy. This place is highly recommended.

Walking uphill. Otherwise, good location.

It was uphill about 3 blocks from San Martin st., the main street. The front desk man allowed me to store luggage until my room was ready. The property is about in the middle of town and uphill. You could get to about 20 restaurants within 10 minutes. The lobby was nice. I enjoyed the breakfast, although I found it limiting. There were no eggs. There was cereal, juice, coffee, tea, muffins, a small selection of cold cuts, croissants. There were 2 or 3 large jars of fruit, but the people who tried to take some fruit couldn't figure out how to open the container. Staff was friendly and there's a nice view from the breakfast room.

Would have liked eggs. I don't recall if there was yogurt. Liked that they had an elevator. Liked that they stored luggage.

The location is just a few blocks from the main street that runs through Ushuaia. It's very near restaurants and stores. Staff was friendly, room was clean, beds were comfortable (with good pillows--a rarity in Latin America!), and breakfast has plenty of options.

You do have to walk up a steep hill to get to the hotel, but we didn't have any issue with that. Room was warm at night, but windows open nice and wide (and we were there at a time without bugs so it was perfectly fine).

The room was well situated with a view of the harbor. The breakfast area was beautiful although the breakfast left a little to be desired. The hotel was basically in the middle of everything although you definitely need to get used to walking the hills because they are the standard for Ushuaia!

The breakfast was a little disappointing. We asked for eggs one day and only found out they were extra when checking out.

i really enjoyed the mil810. got a great last minute deal which helped given general level of prices in ushuaia. the hotel is central, very clean, nice views and great staff. showing a little wear in places but that is to be expected given salt air... parking can be challenge but drive around nearby blocks and will surely find one. wifi was not fastest but good enough. breakfast was basic but had all i needed.

Hotel was convenient to downtown but the hills were difficult to handle on foot. The room was clean and comfortable but too hot to sleep without the window open. Breakfast was minimal but tasty.

Traffic was loud and active on the Friday night and heard until very late because the window had to be kept open to counter the heat.

Location is right in centre, the room and bed are comfortable, breakfast is delicious and with beautiful view. The staff at night in front desk is really nice and very helpful, recommended a good taxi driver to us to Parque Nacional Tierra Del Fuego.

Notices everywhere in the room threatening to fine you. Unnecessary.

Alejo was very helpful about everything, starting from arranging taxi, suggesting good restaurants and such front desk people creates excellent impression about the hotel.

Breakfast spread was very basic and should have more options.

Location was excellent. Breakfast is very good and staff at the breakfast service was always very polite and helpful. With the reception staff you have to be luck: some are very good, other not so much.

One person of staff at the reception only recommended me very expensive tours. On the other hand, another recomended very affordable private tours.
