The Pool is outstanding - after a hot day in the desert you will just love it. The breakfast is very nice, with enough options like fresh fruits, hot dishes, pastries, etc.. The location is perfect, since you are in the center of San Pedro de Atacama, which gives you plenty of options for eating out or just a stroll around the dusty streets. Parking in the hotel yard is free and there is more than enough space. Rooms are clean and get cleaned every day, which is quite necessary because you will bring a lot of desert dust from your excursions with you. Although the rooms have no AC, they stay quite cool - but you shouldn't open the windows at all to keep it cool and the mosquitos out at night. Don't worry about mosquitos, there are not many, a mosquito net was definitely not necessary, just keep the windows closed. Good value for money, we can recommend it!

The accommodations were fantastic for the area! They were well organized, helped us quickly on arrival, food and rooms were great. Free breakfast was excellent. Was too cold to swim in the pool but the area was nice. Some great spots for food within walking distance including a very neat sandwich shop around the corner. Meteor museum was walking distance and most things were an easy drive to go see from here. Fantastic stay and so very glad we chose this accommodation!!

The water is so expensive. Be sure you go to the entrance of the hotel, the first shop on the right has large water jugs for significantly less and you're going to need it! Otherwise the area was fantastic. We really loved our stay.

Very good breakfast, lovely staff, clean room and bathroom. They even prepared a “breakfast box” for us, because we went for a trip early in the morning – and the box did contain a lot of good stuff.

The water in the swimming pool was quite cold – around 19 degrees. So if you are planning to stay with kids by the pool - check water temperature in advance.

The hotel is really well located and has a great swimming pool that was our relaxing local in Atacama after the hikes.

I did not like the way staff were uncoordinated and confused to confirm our late check-out. There is a big sign in the front desk explaining to guests they can have a late check-out for a extra fee. We were willing to pay for that but it took two days and four different conversation with staff to get our late check-out...

Superb location in the centre of town with a large pool. Cabanas and rooms in a private quiet space despite closeness to the action

Complicated check in and payment. Credit card or US dollars in cash. Tired and crumbly. Really needs some investment. It’s a bit stuck in 1972 with yellow tape on the floor for trip hazards, dated furnishings and basic bathrooms. This could be a fabulous hotel with a full update but the price would go up accordingly.

This is a nice hotel in San Pedro. It is a very clean and cozy hotel with a new part that is newly renovated. Staff is nice and helpful, and the beds are comfortable. It is very well located, but San Pedro is a small town, so you can walk everywhere.

The toilet clogged once, but I understand it is an issue in the entire town.

The hotel has great areas to relax, like the seats next to the swimming pool. Also, the staff is very nice and they are always willing to help. The location is excellent and they offer a good breakfast. Everything is clean.

Good breakfast, perfect location, right near Caracoles, room was really big.

Wifi could be a lot better, it doesn't reach all rooms. Could have beverages on the fridge and also missed a safe locker.

Location is great. Right next to shops, restaurants and tour operators to help plan activities.

Breakfast could have had more vegetarian options but overall it wasn’t bad. Pool was cold so couldn’t use.
