The location is second to none. Right in the park, it gives you a unique experience. Hotel was as I expected and looks like they are slowly upgrading facilities. Food was good and the menu changed daily. The horse riding excursion was exceptional and would highly recommend.

If you aren’t on the all inclusive package, getting there without a car is quite chaotic. The bus to the national park was easy, but we then had to get a shuttle to the welcome centre and another shuttle to the hotel. For guests of the hotel the shuttle really should take them straight there. We wasted more than hour on each side waiting for shuttle buses

there was a lot that we loved about this hotel. the location is perfect. the bartender, Federico, is an artist and has created fabulous drinks, beer and gin all with the plants grown on the or near the property. the chefs, whom we did not meet, sent out works of art every night and you could see by the selections what had been picked fresh from the garden. home made bread and tasty treats every morning. the rooms we comfortable and a bit rustic. housekeeping was great. the horses that we rode were well trained and responsive. all around wonderful spot.

Feb 2024 stay - 3 days total (split stay, 2 different rooms) $1000/day included Bkf, boxed lunch, Din. Wonderful stay. Description as promised. Not 5 star (regarding rooms) but tries to be, which is okay because you are there for a hiking/outdoor experience, not a glamourous pampering. Small mistakes here and there, but staff always worked to resolve in my favor. Purchased horseback riding (twice) - great time, but horses so well trained; if been on horse once before, then consider yourself an expert. Dinners were extremely good. All staff every accommodating. In 3 days, no problems unresolved. Only negative would be King beds are really 2 double beds pushed together. Stayed 1 night at Hotel Lago Gray (for convenience to Cat) and this place much better.

The location of this hotel cuts 4 km off the hike to the Torress viewpoint, which is a great advantage. The staff and service were excellent. The dinner (included in our accommodation fee) was delicious. The room is basic for the hotel price. Overall, despite the hotel being a bit pricy considering the room facilities, I would recommend this place due to the unbeatable location and the staff's kindness.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay. We had read some negative reviews from people who seemed to think the hotel didn't meet their expectations, and that in turn lowered our expectations a bit. We ended up being very happy with the hotel. The location can't be beat. It made it much easier to start the Mirador Las Torres hike before everyone not staying at the hotel arrived. The hotel grounds were beautiful. We enjoyed all of our meals at the hotel and everyone was very friendly. Even the wifi was far better than we expected based on the reviews we read beforehand. It's not cheap but we felt we got what we paid for.

The rooms could certainly use some renovating but we still felt the price we paid was well worth it because of everything else.

Property is amazing! Very friendly and helpful staff, good food and the spa services were fabulous. We did not do excursions through the hotel but the guides were very helpful in giving us recommendations and directions.

When there are larger groups at dinner, service can be very slow and distracted

Small room but clean. the only hotel with satellite wifi in the area. unbeatable location as the trail head starts here. hot water, tea, and coffee provided in the lounge area. water station in the lobby. Friendly staff. we enjoyed horse back riding here. if you need this location and wifi, yes, the best place to stay in the park.

Food and lunch box is very expensive but the only source of food. everything here is over priced but if you book with Chilean ip you would get a much better room rate.

Breakfasts were good. In general the food was excellent. The special “lamb exoerience “ was a great idea but not good value. Horse riding is excellently run as is the Wellness centre.

Service of staff could be better. Plenty of staff but no action! We were offered a packed breakfast on check out for 0530 only to discover they had forgotten .

Staff were very friendly and excellent location. Breakfast buffet was amazing and loved having calfate sours most nights!

Would have liked more written communication about our hotel stay e.g. what time breakfast and dinner was and what was included as board. Walls seem thin but we were lucky as our neighbours were quiet and respectful.

The location within the National Park is exceptional. The hotel staff was very friendly and supportive. I like to highlight the friendliness and professional attitude of the entire restaurant Coiron Staff and the great cuisine.

The whole hotel is somewhat outdated.
