The breakfast offered a range of good, filling options and was available at 7, which was great for getting an early start hiking. The location was extremely convenient for access to the park. The public areas in the lodge were excellent and exceeded expectations. It was very relaxing to hang out in the upstairs lounge, or to linger and talk in the dining areas.
The bathroom didn't seem to have the same degree of thoughtfulness as the rest of the lodge. It was very clean, but it's an odd choice to have the soap in metal dispensers. You can't tell how much soap is in there and it ran out during a shower. I'll probably bring my own soap next time. Also, they make a big deal out of using towels for multiple days to save water, but only provided one hook for the entire room. I don't know where they expect people to hang towels to dry and reuse.

The lodge locates in a valley with great views and relaxing environment. (You have to drive or rent a car to reach there though. No public transportation is available.) The staff are super warm-hearted and really ready to help - in all aspects. Apart from the regular inquiries such as opinions on visiting the Torres Del Paine National Park, tips for trekking, they take care of guests in every way they can! I had some problem with my flight booking, which was really not the lodge's responsibility. However due to my language barrier, Sara, the lovely granny in the lodge, helped me communicating with the air company for hours, till the problem was solved. I truly appreciated that. She held on when I myself had given up~ And meals in this lodge are amazing! Many choices for breakfast and dinner, and they provide lunch boxes for the trekkers in need.
It is not cheap in this area. - Yet given that all the lodges and hotels around are the same, there's no reason for me to complain about this one......

The Lodge is in a great location, just minutes from the entrance to Torres del Paine Ntl. Park. We stayed three nights - we had a four-person room and there was ample space for all of us. The breakfast was very good with many options, and the dinner was excellent! The staff was very helpful and quickly fixed the broken lock on our door. We particularly enjoyed seeing the horses running by at breakfast time.
There was not always hot water and the wi-fi was sometimes weak, but I think these issues are understandable in such a remote location - you just have to roll with it.

High quality restaurant. Our dinner was fresh, tasty and perfectly proportioned. The breakfast buffet was the best we have had in Patagonia. The staff was very friendly, and was extremely helpful in assisting us with our understanding of the park, and the options available to us during our stay in TDP. The lodging is also in an excellent location, just outside the park entrance, and within walking distance of a nice river walk. The beds were comfortable, the bedding high quality and the showers were hot.
We stayed in one of their little huts, which was tiny, with no room for luggage, and limited hooks on the walls for coats, clothing, wet towels, etc. It was fine for two people for one night, but would have been challenging had we stayed longer.

The staff were friendly and the location is beautiful, just outside the park boundary with great views of the Paine Massif and surrounding mountains. Food in the restaurant was very good if a little pricey. The beds were comfortable and the room was warm. There was plentiful hot water.
The huts are cute and the bedroom is liveable for anyone, however the bathroom arrangement makes it very difficult for anyone over 180cm to sit properly on the toilet or stand up in the shower. In addition, the WiFi was intermittent. Pricey for what it is but it's the going rate in the area.

The Morrena Lodge is at the southern most part of the park. It’s about an hour drive to Base Del Los Torres on an unpaved road. That said it was a beautiful place to stay and you get to see some incredible views along the drive. We stopped to take pictures multiple times along the way. There are lots of trails closer to the lodge and the ferry to Grey Glacier is not far either. There are limited places to eat in the park. The Morrena has a dining hall but you need to make reservations for dinner so do that in advance of your trip. They will also provide a boxed lunch that you can take with you when you leave in the morning and breakfast is included. The staff was wonderful and the valley where the lodge sits is incredibly beautiful. I would recommend the Morrena for anyone visiting Torres del Paine.

Close to the park entrance. The staff were courteous and friendly. Views were great, weather permitted. Beds were comfortable.
Breakfast can have some improvements. Limited options and Juice was diluted. Bathroom only had shampoo and conditioner (dispenser not working). Nothing else, not even soap. Had to borrow hairdryer from front desk. Too many “not to do” rules if you read the pages inside the room. Room temperature (heat) can’t be adjusted by guests. Too many potholes getting to the property. (This might not relate to the lodge).

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Morena Lodge. From the moment we arrived until check-out, the staff were warm, friendly and professional. Throughout our stay they attended to any questions/needs we had. They also provided useful tips about the park, like the best hiking routes to do on the day etc. which truly enhanced our experience and made us feel at home. The pictures do not do the place justice. The lodge itself was comfortable, cozy, and perfectly located in the little “town” just outside of the park, offering easy access to the park and nice views of the surrounding landscape. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!

A Perfect Stay at Morrena Lodge Our stay at Morrena Lodge in Torres del Paine was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, Denise made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and attentiveness. The food was a standout—every meal prepared by Loretto, the chef was absolutely delicious, showcasing fresh ingredients and thoughtful preparation. The rest of the team was equally impressive—friendly, efficient, and always ready to assist with a smile. I also enjoyed meeting the owners, Marcella and Luis. And then there was our room… It had the best view! Waking up to the majestic landscapes of Torres del Paine right outside our window was an experience we’ll never forget. Morrena Lodge truly exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the region!

Extremely nice medium sized lodge on the western edge of Torres del Paine about 1 mile from the entrance. Extremely nice rooms, great staff and very nice setting. The manager really went out of her way to be accommodating, answer all questions and give great hiking advice.
The breakfast was very good (they cook fresh eggs and have a variety of pastries with coffee, etc). The dinner was very good and reasonably priced, but there isn't a large menu to choose from. I don't think you can really expect a lot more given how remote this area is, but that would be my only criticism of the Lodge.
