Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful service though not all the staff at the reception were able to speak English. Great buffet breakfast spread (Chinese and western dishes). Washing machines and dryers were super convenient to use and free.

The only thing I didn't like was the location, which was almost 20 mins walk from the nearest metro station and with no good eateries or supermarkets nearby.

The selection of the buffet breakfast was good. The staff at the dining hall were very friendly. The cleaning lady of the floor, Ms. Wang, did great job and was friendly, professional, and enthusiastic. Majority of staff at the front desk were professional, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is fresh, and the room is clean and comfortable.

The room TV didn’t work properly most nights during my stay and couldn’t seem to be fixed. In the second morning of my stay, I went to the front desk reporting TV problem, a lone male staff of the front desk didn’t even raise his head and completely ignored me for quite a while. When he eventually talked to me, he still didn’t make eye contact and appeared not friendly.

Rooms were very warm and opening windows brought in street noise. Not sure why. I did not manage to make airco work. Bathroom produced a lot of heat (floor + toilet seat!).

Hilton is ALWAYS amazing everywhere you go. This had a great location, a Pizza hut and Starbucks downstairs. If you're into a quiet area, this is the spot you should go to! Staff were amazing and easy to communicate with, breakfast is SUPERB.

Only thing I didn't like is - we couldn't order food online because we had no phone number. So, when we reached out to the front desk, I asked for the gentleman's help, he was so helpful and even offered to order food from his mobile phone for us. Which he did and completed our delivery. That was EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. Unfortunately, the other lady staff didn't seemed happy about it, she raised her voice in their language seemingly complaining that he allowed me to order from his device but I for sure she was referring about the request I made. We are tourists, NOT LOCAL, and we don't understand the apps as they are in local language too. If she hadn't done that in front of me, I wouldn't have had any bad experience on this hotel at all. For this reason, we are not staying here again.

We did not impose high expectations but we were very impressed overall. The restaurants adjacent to the hotel and the accessibility were very good.

Not sure if it was just language barrier but when we asked about room service, we were told not available. Maybe because it was early morning when we called but they have a mini store at the lobby where you can buy snacks ( biscuits, cup noodles, drinks).

What's not to expect but exceptional standard when it comes to a Hilton. Clean rooms with great utilities..home away from home. Dinner staff were wonderful going out of their way to help. There are a variety of restaurants in the area with a pizza shop next to the hotel. Would like to stay again..now I'm aware that the East gate subway station is 10 minutes walk away and the huge shopping mall is round Tiantan way

Have a better response time to online enquiries.

I love the comfort, the cleanliness, the modernness of the room and the hotel. It was very spacious. I feel relax and able to rest well. The staffs were very helpful and friendly.

The room service time is in the morning. I could hear loud banging noises from the door. The nearest metro station was a 20-minute walk.

Friendly staff at the reception and at breakfast, I especially want to highlight the employee Bruce from the reception. Delicious and varied breakfasts. Freshly renovated rooms.

Nothing, maybe slightly long distance from subway around 15 min to walk.

I would like to thank in particular the reception staff, CARL and NICK, for their cooperation and good reception and helping us with some inquiries. Also, the breakfast was very excellent. It includes Chinese food, as well as European and Eastern food.

Comfortable bed, great pillows, wonderful bathroom, delicious healthy breakfast, good location, helpful staff and everything is super clean. They do EVERYTHING just right :)
