The room is just perfect, extremely comfortable bed, incredible shower, amazing view! Everything! We stayed 6 nights and didn’t want our trip to end! We opted for the half board package which included breakfast and dinner, the breakfast was great and had many options to choose from between western or asian! The dinner was more asian oriented but many tasty options as well :) Also the other amenities such as coworking and gym were incredible, we were working remotely so it was an amazing plus! We would love to stay here again!

If you are planning to do many touristic things, it may be a bit far from the main places to visit. The traffic in Beijing is quite chaotic so it can be overwhelming to move around if you are not using the subway

Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The location is incredible - directly opposite the CCTV building and within easy reach of all major attractions via the metro. The gym is one of the biggest and best hotel gyms I’ve used. Spotlessly clean with everything you could ever need for a great workout. The bar is excellent with great food and drink choices. The staff are great and there is live music and DJ’s at night. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and quiet with really great beds and amenities. Overall - can’t fault it!

Had an amazing pool and gym set up and also a WeWorks floor for meetings which was great. The Breakfast Buffet was great also so it had everything I needed for a business trip on steroids plus great location attached to a Mall for more food and shopping options. Staff were amazing from the front desk when I thought I had lost my wallet to the gym and pool team who were always very helpful. Bright modern hotel with ShangriLa quality only issue is we need more of these hotels made business travel a Joy at Jen!

There are not more of these in all major cities I work in!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Beijing. The location is excellent—just a short walk from two metro stations—making it very convenient to explore the city center. The room was very clean and modern, with an amazing view, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of both local and international options. The gym and swimming pool were modern, clean, and well-equipped. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would gladly choose this hotel again for future visits.

Lovely modern hotel with good sized room and comfy bed. Easy access to the mall where you could also catch the subway. Staff were friendly with good spoken english. We found the location to be convenient and enjoyed hiring bikes that were outside the hotel. We had a great view from our room and could see the CCTV Headquarters building which is quite impressive! We ordered room service one night and the food was lovely.

No washer/dryer in the room. The gym and pool facilities aren't only for hotel guests so it can get busy.

The gym is said to be the best in Beijing with a 25 m swimming pool. Although some racks could get fully packed, there are way enough cardio machines and great space for plyometrics. You can also try some expensive massage guns for free. The sauna, hammam, and locker room are of very high standard and work properly, and well-maintained, with towels and sleepers provided at your convenience. It is a bit pricey though but if you are a gym rat, you may love it. I stayed one night but they let me hang in the gym and spa for 2 days. The location is excellent for eating out and shopping. Easy access from Daxin either by metro or cab.

I just wish it could be cheaper...

Spacious room for a couple with a good bathroom. All appliances were functional. Relatively easy access to/from the property from subway lines 10 and 1. The breakfast was good with sufficient offerings of Chinese and Western dishes. Staff quickly responded to additional requests.

Access from the 3rd ring road by travelers coming from the line 10 Jintai Xizhao subway stop would be facilitated by additional signage on the outside of the building. Experienced travelers using line 10 know Guomao station is very crowded and would take the Jintai exit and avoid the SIGNIFICANTLY longer walk from Guomao. So, a little more external signage on the east exposure of the building would be helpful. Bell service personnel should be wearing some form of identification (I don't make it a habit to hand over my luggage to unidentifiable people). There did seem to be some commercial activity in rooms which likely compromised the security of the residence floors.

I loved everything about the hotel: the generous and modern design of the room and the bathroom (shower and toilet had a separate door), it’s location (even though I was told that the Business district was far from everything) and the mall inside the building with tons of restaurants to chose from. The had the king room with skyline view and it was fantastic! We never stayed in a hotel where they leave you special bathrobe, slippers, toothbrush and shampoo for children. Also they gave us fresh fruit everyday! When we checked out I had left a bracelet in the room and they contacted me and informed me About that. In other hotel I would have to call. All the staff was very nice and even the ones who did not speak English so well tried really hard! We will definitely come back. my son and my husband were super surprised about the amazing gym! One of the best they have ever been too. And the large pool was also great to exercise! Everything wow about the hotel!

The reception area was very cold. They should have moved it a little inward towards where the furniture is to make it feel a little cozier

Overall great experience. Staff are very friendly, clean comfortable and well laid out rooms. Location very good as well, directly connected to World Trade Center Mall. Highly Recommended!

The room description on Booking.com was a bit misleading concerning the view. I thought we would have a view on CCTV building but we didn’t. However the team was very accommodating and moved us to a room with the view on our 2nd day.

Like the design style and quality finishing. Also the attention to details. The breakfast is interesting. Surprised that my room rate includes buffet dinner which is good though not exceptional. Staff is friendly and professional. On first night of stay there was a huge commotion at around 3am from one other unit (big vicious fighting and yelling for close to an hour) I reported to the front desk and they were prompt to send security to stop the fight. On the next day, checked with front desk that unfortunately the guests who were creating huge commotion were still staying at the unit, front desk manager offered to change room for us but we declined and hoped that the guests were sufficiently warned not to cause disturbances to others. Also like the beer cafe which is energetic and food is pretty good too . Will stay here again on next trip to BJ. Unfortunately Jen is not available in Shanghai

1. Lack of a good Chinese restaurant . 2. Would be ideal if the sofa is a bit longer to lie down. 3. Also not enough space to put 2 large luggage when 2 person travel 4. Suggest the front lobby instead of a huge LVD screen showing membership recruitment ad which is a big turnoff , to screen interesting modern art design instead. 5. Lobby has no seats at all
