Hotel was better than expected and we would love to come back to Kerry Hotel. We took the club room which meant there was a breakfast buffet, afternoon tea, and happy hour included in the price. this was excellent value for money. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, from the porters to the concierge to the staff in the restaurant. Rosalie even remembered my coffee order every morning :) room is super spacious and comfortable. Also quiet and central enough location. Overall, hotel is incredible and we loved our stay.

WiFi didn’t work for me the entire stay

The rooms, room service, restaurant buffet, location, staff, housekeeping, state of the art gym and wellness facilities in the changing rooms, the Olympic pool, tennis court and basketball court, the outdoor rooftop running track, all of it was absolutely outstanding! Oh and did I mention level two connects to the World China Mall, a 7 levelled multi building mall where you can find almost everything including incredible restaurants with the best views of the CCTV building! The metro is super close and we caught it everywhere across the city. Oh and we loved the small touches like getting snacks, fruits, and unlimited minibar daily. Our house keepers really took care of us as well as the restaurant staff and can’t thank them enough.

Super comfortable, big room, toiletteries, bath robe and slippers for kids 😊 Outdoor playground, excellent sport, pool and spa facilities. Connected to a shopping mall, walking distance to underground station and plenty of stores. Our concierge Melinda really went the extra mile. Thank you! Just fyi to be prepared: children over 3 y.o. are only allowed in their relevant gender change rooms to the pool; as my 6 y.o. son had to go through on his own, the staff was really helpful

It would have been better to have a guest discount or deal for the kids park.

The room was quite spacious and the view was amazing! The buffet breakfast was really good with a wide variety of western and Asian cuisines to choose from. The pool was fantastic! There were only 4-5 people in the pool area while we were there and my daughter and her best friend enjoyed swimming for some time. We stayed here for my daughter's birthday and the staff went above and beyond when they sent a delicious strawberry birthday cake to our room! Thank you, Kerry Hotel! Will be staying here again for sure!

Coffee at breakfast was terrible

The breakfast was good, had a good selection of local and international food. However the coffee was not good, too watery. The room was spacious and clean and there were nespresso capsules. The pillows though had a weird smell not because they are dirty or anything but they were streamed for too long, they needed a fabric softener with good scent. The room service was amazing, we ordered salmon and pasta which both were great in taste. the bathroom was big with sections for shower and tub with a door to not mess up the entire bathroom with water. The concierge was super helpful whenever we needed to go to any place, helping us as well to order DIDI to go wherever we needed

The Kerry Hotel is the best hotel we ever experienced while abroad. It was our first trip to China and the neighbourhood already made quite an impression; the staff was helpful, the premises very impressive (there's an Olympic swimming pool, which really sealed the deal for me as an avid swimmer!), the breakfast was also absolutely worth it. A concierge also was very helpful to help us visit Beijing (how to get from one place to another, how to make reservations, etc). We absolutely loved it! We would also very warmly recommend the "T9" tea shop which is in the mall next to the Kerry hotel. We discovered this brand in China and now we can't wait for the brand to come to Europe, too!

Really like the location and the ability to get to everything we wanted to see. Being right next to the mall and groceries was a huge plus.

It is a little bit farther that anticipated from forbidden city, cab rides during peak times were a little challenging. taxi drivers often would try to charge a flat and inflated fee instead of using meter, especially if there was traffic. Not the hotel’s fault at all but it would be less prevalent if it were just a little bit closer to the action.

The hotel’s location is great, in the center of CBD of Beijing. There 2 metro lines nearby. The hotel has a lot of facilities to offer which is nice. The room itself is kind of out dated and furnitures are relatively old. However the bed is very comfortable. We had a few good sleeps there. The bathroom is spacious with separate shower and bath. When we checked in, we were offered to pay extra for lounge drinks and finger food. It turned out to be a good plus for our stay! The food may not be the best quality but the choice is good and enough drinks and ice cream etc for the kids. So we enjoyed it! All in all, great service and very friendly staff from reception to the room service staff.

Breakfast has a lot of choice but not many tasty choices…
