I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Wangfujing Pedestrian Street, making it very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. The staff was friendly and spoke English quite well, which made communication smooth and easy. They were helpful and responsive to all our needs. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, truly living up to the five-star standard. In the evening, staff came to replenish the amenities such as tea and coffee, which was a thoughtful touch. The toiletries provided were from Aesop, a premium brand, which aligned perfectly with the hotel’s luxury image. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, definitely up to the expectations of a five-star hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Waldorf Astoria Beijing, and I must say, my experience was exceptional. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s restaurant. The atmosphere was elegant and welcoming, and the service was impeccable. But what truly stood out was the quality of the food. The chef is incredibly talented, and each dish was a masterpiece. From the presentation to the flavors, everything was thoughtfully prepared and perfectly executed. I was impressed by the attention to detail in every course, and the culinary experience alone made my stay even more memorable.

The Waldorf Astoria in Beijing is a beautiful, well-maintained property in the heart of the city. Rooms are spacious and up to date, with timely services and knowledgeable concierge. All of the amenities were A+, with gym and breakfast being the highlights. Definitely would recommend for a visit to Beijing.

There is nothing to complain about at this place, as the staff, facilities, and location are all world class. Only thing missing is a view, which is not due to anything the hotel could change.

100% clean,i always couldn’t wait to come back to the hotel at the end of the day. The location was excellent. Hotel staff were absolutely warm and friendly, and always so helpful. The room was modern, spacious and cozy. We couldn’t hear anybody talking along the corridor or next door. It was peaceful and quiet.

The lobby was a little dark, perhaps a it should be a little bit brighter, other then that everything was perfect.

The fitness center and spa offer a great way to relax and rejuvenate. The front desk staff are professional, always greeting guests with a warm smile and handling requests promptly. The concierge service is outstanding, providing excellent local insights and arranging seamless experiences. It truly sets a high standard for hospitality.

The stay was generally comfortable with staff being very helpful and efficient. Environment was comfortable and breakfast buffet spread was good despite us being vegetarians. The baked goods were of high quality and the dinner ala carte room service food was quick to deliver and most importantly, delicious. The staff were very proactive to provide efficient and prompt help. An example is 毕先生who came very quickly to aid us when requested. The hotel uses Aesop products which was of high quality which was surprising. Overall the curated experience was great and the concierge staff were very organized, proactive and efficient in providing extra services like booking attraction tickets and manage taobao deliveries on our behalf. In addition, the hotel is located close to most of the big attractions which provided a lot of convenience. Strongly recommended to consider this hotel in your next visit to Beijing.

The hotel's location is fantastic – just a short stroll to the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. We had an awesome stay. The breakfast was tasty, and the service was great. The room was spacious enough for us and our two kiddos, aged 9 and 5. It is also near to the subway station and other shopping centers.

Luxurious and cool hotel with a laid back and cosy feeling. Very attentive staff, some of the with great English. Great breakfast buffet with some a la carte options. Situated centrally in Beijing in an area with some old buildings (the hotel also has Hutong suites even though we didn’t stay there). Decent size indoor pool and a good spa. We didn’t use the underground, but there was a metro/underground station a few minutes walk from the hotel. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

Beautiful and classy Art Deco style with Asian flourishes. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and the small gym had what I needed. Excellent location to walk to the Forbidden City and the bustling pedestrian shopping street was a black away. And brunch was fabulous!
