Staff, rooms, and cleanliness were excellent. Hotel destination is close to malls, shopping centers and lots restaurants. About a 25 minute easy walk to Tennamen Square and Forbidden City. Highly recommend.

Room toiletries not restocked everyday..and no fan in the bathroom.

The location of this hotel is great, accessible to many attractions (within walking distance) (by metro) either one. We booked a superior double room, unfortunately, it was fully booked by the time we arrived, they upgraded us to their family suite room with the same rate which I have book. The front desk girls are the most friendly and helpful. Compared to the male staff, they are rather unfriendly and quite rude. For the location and price of the rooms, I will still stay here for my next coming visit.

The staff should learn to greet guests and smile more. In room.fridge does not get cold. Is quite an old hotel and is not like how is advertise.

The location is fine; however, Wangfujing street is maybe interesting for those who are going for shopping malls, but nothing more, except few restaurant in an side strees; however, the hotel is located one to three metro stations from other interesting points [Qianmen, and Nanluoguxiang Hutong]; the Forbidden City and Tienanmen are also on walking distance, but not as close if referred by European sence for distance :))

The shower in the room is just basic, ''from the wall''; there is no movable shower that make easier and more effective showering.

Location, clean room, comfy bed. Small 7/11 across the road. Ps. Name of the hotel for calling a taxi in didi is Tianlun Songhe.

Smell of cigarette in lobby. The smoking area was in front of the entrance so the smell just got in. Maybe they could move it to another side of the entrance?

The hotel is close to a metro station, with access to the airport and main attractions. It is also close to some commercial and pedestrian areas, and some Hutongs. The bedroom is comfortable and silent.

The breakfast is good, but one notch below what would be expected from a hotel of this category (and price), with a small selection of fruits, only very artificially-sweetened yogurt, and virtually no cheese. The same restaurant for the evening is not attractive—and has the potential to be.

Short walking distance to Wangfujing shopping district. Lots of eatery options around. Strategically located between 3 subway lines. Jingyu Hutong, Wangfujing and Dengsikou. The cleaning woman named Wan Xiao An who tidied our rooms every day was particularly helpful and nice. Will not hestiate to stay again.

Excellent location, 10 min walk from the subway and 5 min walk to Wangfujing shopping street. Also, the hotel is in walking distance to the Forbidden City. The 24/7 market and a coffeeshop just across the street. The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff was nice, helped to make reservations to the sights through Wechat.

The breakfast is Chinese-oriented, not many healthy options available. The meals were greasy and the dishes were sometimes dirty.

The hotel is very clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff are friendly and very polite. The lady who make up our room, 李风云 is very courteous and super friendly. Very commendable! I will give her excellent ratings! The location is within walking distance to Wangfujing Street, where you can find lots of places to shop and eat. Both Jinyuhutong Metro and Dengshikou Metro are within 8 mins of walking. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Beijing!

Excellent location. Clean pleasant room. Everything is very close.

The breakfast is very tasteless. Almost nothing tasted really good. The restaurant is very small and crowded. The plates and glasses are plastic.

Received an email the night before we arrived at the hotel, that my credit card for the hotel room did not work. So rang them around 6.30am about it and the receptionist also gave good instructions coming from the airport as we were taking the subway With the room aircon/heater, it was good that we could open the windows as the heater even turned down was very warm, as central heating was still on. Excellent location, around the corner is the main shopping street, department stores subway. Up from the hotel had a very popular Chinese style pastry/bakery shop. Across the road had local breakfast. Beds were very comfortable, and spacious room, no sofa but had 2 comfortable chairs. Showers had the curtains, had the clothes line to hang your wet clothes. Bottle water was always replenished.

We tried the hotel breakfast, not a wide selection, not that nice and wasn't as tasty as the local breakfast we had across the road.
