Very rare Heritage building in center Beijing. If you like history, this is the place. It has to be save from real state development. They have fewer comments because it was close for non chineses during pandemic. This was my second time in four years and they have up graded. Hope to come back!

The Chinese style breakfast may feel strange for westners, but that’s part of the game and I don’t regretted.

This is a beautiful and quiet courtyard hotel ( 12 rooms) in the city, formal house of an Qing Dynasty Official, Zuo Zong Tang. One will feel extremely peaceful and relaxed once they step in. Definitely enhanced our Chinese Cultural experience. The room is warm during winter, love the walkways with pots of Osmanthus flowers. A hotel with warm and friendly interaction between staffs and guests. A big thank you to the reception staffs (Xiao Song( 小宋）, Xiao Tao（小陶）and their team). They are really friendly and helpful ( sharing alot of traveling information , especially for Di Di ) Not forgeting the delicious Chinese breakfast prepared by 钟姐. ( typical home cooked Chinese food) We had Chinese Dumplings on our last breakfast (based on our request).

Very simple. No frills, but a peaceful traditional courtyard experience in the middle of town.

Unfortunately not much wrt facilities. Even simple things like ice are not available. But that's reflected in the price. If you're just looking for somewhere unusual, quiet but close to town and don't need bells and whistles amenities etc, it's a good choice

Unlike any other skyscraper modern hotel, Jingyuan Courtyard Hotel is such a beautiful heritage. We love how tranquil the place is meanwhile it is in the centre of Beijing. The staffers are so helpful and nice. We had a wonderful time here and will surely return next time when we are in town. Xiexie!

The location is great with walking distance to the Forbidden City and the hotel itself is also a heritage building which is good for phototaking. It has limited number of rooms hence it's very quiet all the time. The staff is friendly and helpful too.

The breakfast choice is a bit limited and it's already cold at 9am.

The traditional and nice environment with a beutiful yard outside the room. The staff ws extremely nice and helpful. We even got help to wash our clothes because we got wet in a haevy rain shower on their initiative and without any additional charge.

The hotel is an historical courtyard building full of charm situated in a very central location near Metro station, shops and restaurants. The stuff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast offers very tasty Chinese dishes.

Size of room and location was great. Nice sitting out spaces which we did not use as too warm.

The lovely young people at reception were so very helpful booking tickets and sorting things out for us . The place had a lovely ambience . The chef at breakfast was so sweet and the food was lovely

Perfect location and beautiful property with lots of history. Traditional courtyard with gorgeous garden. A tranquil escape in the bustling city center. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
