Location was excellent, 3min walk to APM mall which has basement connection to JinYuHuTong subway. Room was huge and fit 3 adults very comfortably. Breakfast selection was good. Reception and Housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful.

The furnishings were old and dated, not up to expected Hilton standard. Added a rollaway bed for 1 teenager, room did not come automatically with additional pillows, bath towel, cup and glass, though short request to housekeeping solved this.

Convenient location and helpful staff.

When I checked in, the hotel reception initially assigned me to a room which was dark and very noisy, esp. I had my elderly mother with me in my trip. After I checked into the room, I flagged this up to the staff. The customer services helpfully changed our room to another (quiet and bright) on a different floor and part of the building. A couple of staff members came and helped me move, a young man named Meng Fanyi (孟繁祎) was particularly helpful. He was courteous, thoughtful and willingly provided what I needed; my mother was particularly impressed by his kind assistance.

The room is quite big, very comfortable in terms of sound insulation. The location couldn’t be better, it is in the middle of city center. Bed and pillows are perfect

When we were checking out, the reception guy didn’t want to return a deposit until we confirmed him a paper with our payment and he asked us to wait until they check the room (whether we used a minibar or stole smth), it was crazy to be honest. I have never faced such an unpleasant situation in the hotels around the world so far.

Breakfast is excellent! The staff is caring and quick to respond. The entire Concierge desk team is fantastic - Alan Gao and Elvis - and Elton Wang at the front desk is professional and was able to handle all our requirements. Check in can be stressful but at the Hilton everything was handled like you felt they were concerned about your stay. It was really refreshing. The two in house restaurants are really good - the Duck is fabulous! We had a really good stay.

Very little to dislike. Perhaps water hot enough to take a bath. It was perfect for showers but you really want to soak in a bath.

Location as next to shopping pedestrian area and walk distance to all central attractions, staff courtesy and preparation, I stay in one of latest renovated rooms with nice design and amenities, very spacious, high quality coffee and machine, very quiet

Air condition issues as they pre set temperature not allowing guests to get room cooler and sims they off AC at night probably because in spring time outside temperature at night is cool but inside its hot, there is no choice of western food restaurant as its open for breakfast only, other choices are Chinese and a small lobby coffee bar with limited choices. Breakfast buffet missing a real greek yogurt, good real imported cold cuts / smoke salmon, no plain vegetarian protein such as boiled beans and chick pea and no extra virgin olive oil dressing at salads

We were really welcomed at Beijinh Wangfujing Hilton hotel. The bedroom is big and very comfortable. We had a three persons bed and the extra-bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is delicious with lots of western and eastern options. The front desk and concierge is unbelievably helpful and nice. Location is great: close to underground stations, just around comercial Wangfujing St with restaurants and mall and walking distance from Forbidden City. I would stay there lots of times, we loved it!

When I finished the reservation through Booking I sent an email to the hotel confirming that we needed three beds and they didn't answer me for long weeks. Need to confess a kind of butterflies in the stomach, but close to the days of our arrival the wrote me back. So, don't be afraid, just be sure you did everything right and have all your booking informations with you. It worked and they made as feel really welcome.

room is great, location is superb

front staff is not customer friendly. daily we can see someone arguing with the front staff.

Firstly, it is situated right behind APM so you only need to cut thru APM mail and you’ll reached the Wangfujing street (>100m) where the 3D board is. We’re in between JinYuHuTong (Nearest), WangFuJing and DengShiKou metro station. It was my Birthday trip and the Manager actually remember and wanted to send me a cake but I was out the whole day. Upon my returned, he asked if it’s okay to send the cake up but I’d already gotten myself a cake, he surprised me with a Hilton teddy bear instead. I must say, it was an extremely pleasant surprise to be greeted that way. Thank you vm. It was a memorable stay.
