Incredibly professional team who know what they do and do it really well. My room was cozy, clean, not overdone in terms of the current trends of having cool stuff ( robots etc) which is exactly what I needed. In my experience, a good hotel is a clean room, friendly and helpful staff, well designed and functional facilities and comfortable bed and pillows. I had them all during my stay.

This is not a criticism to the hotel. I’ve noticed these days there are so many smokers in Beijing and they smoke in their rooms and inside the hotel. I do feel this is a problem all hotels are facing in the city and must be fixed somehow collectively.

Fantastic hotel with beautiful rooms and very friendly. attentive staff. Location is ideal, one minute walk to the pedestrian street.and 10 minutes walk to the.nearest station on the vast underground rail system. Some points to note - air-conditioning excellent and easy to regulate, bright room with view, beds very comfortable, bathroom had both a shower and bath, lovely indoor swimming pool and gym, secure safe in the room and very easy to use, soundproof walls.

I liked everything but must highlight the staff for particular praise.

Location -right outside wangfujing street, forbidden city is about 15-20 min walk away. right outside there’s 7-11 and other food stalls. dengshikou metro about 5-10min walk away. excellent location Room - perfect, i got nothing to complain about. housekeeping was excellent and cleaned my room daily. room was spacious for 2 and beds were comfortable. Staff -front office staff were so kind as to let me check in early after my long flight at 1245pm as room was ready. grateful for that! concierge staff were patient to all my requests for booking of great wall, forbidden city tour and even helping me with food delivery order.

Great Location: Situated in the heart of the Wangfujing district, the hotel offers easy access to shopping, dining, and local attractions. Comfortable Room: The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a good space to relax after a day out.

Ongoing Renovations: The hotel is currently under renovation, which means the lobby has been relocated. Renovation Odor: A strong smell from the renovations was noticeable along the pathway to the lift and our room, detracting from the overall ambiance. Breakfast Quality: The breakfast buffet did not meet expectations, with limited options and lower quality compared to what you might expect in the area.

Very good hotel conveninetly located just next to a very commercial pedestrian street with shops restaurants and souvenir shops right in the centre of Beining with easy access to subway.Hotel is recently renovated,very modern rooms and quiet at nights.Very good breakfast,wifi connection.Staff was also a very nice surprise,they all speak English wich is rare to find in China.Concierge can arrange you taxis to any place you want making sure that the taxi driver understands the destination.Upon arrival at the hotel from the airport the taxi driver did not put the taxi meter and asked us a very high amount of money,luckily for us the hotel concierge was there we explained him and he stepped up for us which is highly appreciated.Remember in Beijing when taking a taxi always look that the taxi meter is working and always ask for an invoice.Great choice to visit most attractions in central Beijing.

Really no complaints at all.

The location is excellent. Through the Miniso departmental store, you can cut through the building and reach the Wangfujing walking street where the stretches of malls are located at. From the front entrance (hiding in an alley), turn left walk a bit, you can reach forbidden city. It is very near to JinYu Hutong station (exit C) and a bit further away from DengShiKou metro station.

There is no lock in the bathroom, there is a door stopper near the wardrobe and potentially a health hazard if we kicked onto it and hurt our toes. There is no heater in the room and it was very cold at night during winter. The wifi isn’t working and I cannot do my work or surf internet. The view of both room 602 and 606 face the roof of some building and there is nothing to see.

Glad to have booked this hotel as they have recently renovated their rooms. As clean, cosy and modern as international 5-star chains. Clean and fluffy towels, pillows and a nice clean bathtub . Couldn't ask for more! The location is perfect, if not the best! 5mins walk to iconic Wang fu jing pedestrian walkway where there are several malls and local food halls.

Nothing much actually. The hotel buffet was basic but it was okay for the good price. The lobby looks old but not a concern since it should be undergoing Reno soon I would highly travellers to book this hotel, to take advantage of the recent renovations and refreshed room setup.

The room was nice and the location was nice and central. The breakfast was good with lots of different options (although when we checked in they said we only had breakfast for 2 of the 3 nights we had booked, this confused me, so I contacted booking. com who confirmed we had it booked for all 3 nights, so we just went to breakfast on the 3rd day and it was fine so don't know what happened there). Alan at reception was very helpful in helping us book a tour to the Great Wall and get tickets to Tiananmen Square.

The pool was pretty cold, would have been great if there was a hottub there but there wasn't. The massages they offered were pretty expensive. The room was pretty warm even when you tried to decrease the temperature on the air-conditioning.

I was very impressed with the hotel — it was beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos, clean, and had a pleasant fragrance. The location was central, allowing us to walk to many tourist spots. But what I especially want to praise is the staff. The front desk staff were extremely helpful, assisting us with storing our luggage, taking care of us, and answering all our questions. I would also like to commend the bellboy, who was very polite and helped carry our luggage all the way to our room. I was truly impressed. If I visit Beijing again, I will definitely stay here. Thank you to the hotel and all the staff for making this trip perfect and giving us such wonderful memories of Beijing.
