Everything was excellent. The breakfast buffet was good and fresh, as was the other restaurant and the bar. The food was delicious, especially the Chinese food at the restaurant on the second floor.

Just one thing, while booking on Booking.com, it was mentioned that a shuttle bus from and to the airport was available. It turned out that this service does not exist.

The hotel was very near Wangfujing and many other popular sightseeing places. Hotel was modern, clean and rooms were clean and properly maintained. Breakfast was good with some daily live station of handmake pau and noodles. Laundry was fast to returned by evening when sent in the morning. Approachable and friendly staff.

Cost

Great location,easy to walk to the main busy street in the evening. Also great access to the metro to get further afield. Breakfast had a great selection of food. When we were going out early the hotel provided us with breakfast to go. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable.

Comfortable hotel in a very good location. There are lots of shops, restaurants around the hotel, and some of the major attractions are either within walking distance or quick trip by Taxi, hotel staff can call taxi for you anytime you are ready to go out. I found the staff are very professional, always ready to help, give you the best service.

Not sure about the extra money paid as deposit. It is supposed to be returned. But after 10 days no sign of it in my account. Reception said it was already paid and I should contact my Bank. Seems like an unwelcome hassle you don't need while on vacation

Better if the hotel doesn't take an extra deposit out of foreigners bank card as China doesn't return that deposit to foreigners bank. A bit of a rip off. All the assurances the hotel staff give you that it will be returned is nonsense. Four weeks later no sign of the refund.

We stayed in two rooms in our family trip to Beijing. The location is very convenient. The beds are very comfortable. The view of the city is amazing. The breakfast is very delicious. The room is very comfortable and spacious. The only drawback is in one of the rooms it smells as someone has smoked. In the other room, the ventilation of the bathroom seems broken.

Excellent location, friendly staff who either speak English or happy to translate, clean hotel and clean rooms, great facilities including swimming pool/spa, huge breakfast choice for European and Asian guests, overall very happy with our stay and would book again if visiting Beijing. The gentlemen on the concierge are excellent!
